Since entering the new century,many countries and organizations have proposed a key competences framework,aiming to cultivate talents needed in the 21 st century that adapt to the development of the Times.With the advancement of the reform of the basic education curriculum in China,the Ministry of Education pointed out that it is necessary to cultivate a comprehensive development of people around the "implement high moral values establishment and people’s cultivation education ".Based on this,China has proposed the "China Student Development Key competences Framework." How to develop key competences? The Ministry of Education has promulgated the curriculum standards for all subjects in ordinary high schools,and guided the various disciplines to cultivate the key competences of each discipline through the form of teaching,and then achieve key competences.The key competences of biological disciplines includes: life concepts,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry,and social responsibility.So,how to implement the key competences of biology through teaching practice?In order to comprehensively promote the integration and innovation of information technology and education and teaching,The practical teaching of inquiry experiments were carried out with the "flip classroom",and Exploring the teaching problems of cultivating students’ scientific inquiry literacy.First,10 modules were selected for cultivating scientific inquiry literacy from the textbooks;secondly,explain the conformity between the inquiry experiment module and the flipping classroom;Thirdly,constructing the “teaching mode in Flipping classroom of inquiry experiment”,and finally,For example,“Decomposition of soil microbial”,teaching practice of the flipping classroom and the traditional mode are carried out respectively in the experimental class and the control class,It aims to provide reference for the implementation of the key competences of the biology.The conclusions of this study are mainly four points:First,the "scientific inquiry" in the curriculum standards of biology is refined into eight kinds of abilities.According to the results of analysis,10 modules for cultivating scientific inquiry literacy are selected from "Steady State and Environment".Secondly,this paper analyzes the fit between inquiry teaching and flipping classroom teaching,and finds that both have different emphasis on cultivating students’ key competences: flipping classroom teaching mainly develops students’ self-learning ability and inquiry consciousness;inquiry experiment teaching focuses on letting students using scientific method guides scientific inquiry and develops scientific inquiry ability.Thirdly,based on the four construction principles,the Flipping classroom teaching mode of the inquiry experiment of " Two stages before class,Six sessions in class" was constructed,and the corresponding evaluation system of teaching quality was formulated.Fourth,Comprehensive analysis of student attitudes,evaluation results and peer reviews,the experimental class is better than the control class.Specific performance:the classroom atmosphere of the experimental class is better,the students have higher interest in learning,the awareness of active learning and inquiry is obvious,the students’ scientific inquiry ability is higher,and they are more inclined to use this model for inquiry learning.
