A Research On Collaborative Innovation Of College Propaganda And Ideological Work Under Systematic Thinking

University propaganda work is an important content of the ideological construction,which is shouldering the dissemination of mainstream ideology,guiding the correct value orientation,creating a positive and healthy atmosphere of public opinion.Under the new situation,University propaganda work has made important achievements,but also exits problems demanding prompt solution.The system thinking is the thinking guidance of collaborative innovation of university ideological propaganda work,propaganda and ideological work of universities is the practice of system thinking.The system thinking has an inherent relationship with collaborative innovation system of propaganda and ideological work of colleges.In this paper,we study the current situation of the collaborative innovation of the propaganda and ideological work in colleges,analyze the causes of the problems and discusses the path of collaborative innovation under the perspective of system theory.To research the collaborative innovation of university propaganda work,the first part is the overview about collaborative innovation of university ideological propaganda work.This part mainly defines the system thinking,propaganda and ideological work of universities and the concept of collaborative innovation,explain the system theory,Marx's theory of ideology,united communication theory,synergy theory,which is its theoretical basis.The second part mainly presents the current university propaganda work collaborative innovation status.In the new situation,University propaganda work gains innovative achievements and faces challenges of innovation,this part mainly elaborated the university propaganda work forward in the achievements and challenges.The third part analyses the causes of collaborative innovation of university ideological propaganda work.The propaganda work of universities has both internal causes among the various factors,and the external causes of environment.Therefore,this part mainly analyze both internal causes and external causes of propaganda and ideological work of universities collaborative innovation.The fourth part is to search the path of collaborative innovation of university ideological propaganda work under the systematic thinking.From this part,we start with the features of the system thinking to explore specific measures for propaganda and ideological work of universities collaborative innovation,and finally to realize the harmonious development of the whole system of propaganda and ideological work.
