Study On The Fixed Assets Management Of Chongqing University Of Science&Technology

For a long time,universities focus on its education and research and attach less importance to its administration management.Fixed assets management is treated as part of the logistics,its development is relatively lagging and does not adapt with the whole development of universities.Coming through with reorganization,new campus construction,large-scale expand to recruit etc.,the fixed assets management of Chongqing university of science and technology face to a lot of problem.Although the school has taken some measures in recent years,but didn't achieve the desired effect.Must,therefore,from the macro policy system to microcosmic execution level overall consideration and plan as a whole,to be effective to solve the problem facing the fixed assets management of Chongqing university of science and technology,and improve the management level.This thesis makes use of document analysis method,survey study method,combination of micro and macro study method and combination of theory and practice method.On the basis study of both domestic and international,this thesis generalizes the present situation and problems of the fixed assets management and analysis,from the perspective of fixed assets management of each factor on analyzes the deep reason of these problems,and puts forward some specific suggestions for improvement.This thesis points out that to solve the problems existing in the fixed assets management and ultimately improve the fixed assets management level of the school,must be clear and universities on the basis of two levels of power and responsibility,start from the construction of perfecting the basic data and information system,establish and improve the supervision and evaluation system of fixed assets,promote the reform of two-level fixed assets management system.In this thesis,the suggestions to improve the implementation of specific implementation steps and methods are given.This thesis also expounds the situation of these improvement suggestions have been put into practice and achievements.The research content of this topic is a generally encountered problem of a high school in the transitional society.It is also a reference for the other high school to strengthen its fixed assets management.
