Under the background of popularization of higher education,the quality of higher education is becoming more and more serious.As the main body of the teaching and scientific research activities,college teachers have a direct impact on the quality of higher education.Developed countries have set up a teaching development center to improve the teaching ability of teachers and ensure the quality of higher education.The development of Teacher Education in China has a short time and a lack of experience in construction,and it is both a theoretical and practical significance to construct the teacher education development center.This study in changji college teachers' teaching development center as the research object,through to the current situation of college teachers' education development in-depth investigation and analysis,found that there were problems,put forward the necessity of establishing teachers' teaching development center.This research is divided into seven parts:the first part is the preface.Mainly introduced the selected topic background,research significance,research status and research methods;The second part is the analysis of the relevant theory and experience for reference.The third part is the changji college teacher education development present situation and problems;The fourth part is the construction of teachers' teaching development center;The fifth part is the operation of the teachers' teaching development center;The sixth part is the system guarantee of the central operation;the seventh part is the conclusion.The author believes that the development of Teacher Education in Changji University faculty is not perfect;heavy task,security conditions are not in place;learning and academic exchange opportunities;management mechanism is not perfect,the lack of specialized agencies for the development of service teachers etc..Therefore,it is imperative to improve the teaching quality and improve the teaching ability.The author puts forward a constructive plan for the construction and operation of the center.
