The 18 th Party Congress,the Third ?fourth?fifth Plenary Sessions and Xi Jinping series speech all stressed the education is the foundation of the revitalization of the Chinese nation and social progress,and the foundation of the revitalization of education lies in teachers.In recent years,the continuous enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in our country,the number of students increased dramatically,coupled with rising expectations of higher education,teachers' teaching pressure rising,and many colleges and universities in the aspect of teachers' incentive mechanism and does not keep pace with The Times,as a result,teachers' job satisfaction generally is not high,which directly affects the quality of teaching,and for the schools and the whole development of higher education have brought serious negative effects.Found by reading literature,herzberg's two-factor theory is a contact intellectuals incentive theory,most closely hygiene factors is refers to the related factors and work environment,motivating factors refers to the factors associated with the job itself.Based on the above factors,this research attempts to apply herzberg two-factor theory as the theoretical basis for analysis of changji college teachers incentive management issues.According to the relevant incentives,such as management and organizational behavior theory,in changji college teachers incentive factors as the research point of view,on the basis of predecessors' research achievements for reference,by means of questionnaire survey,field interviews to a comprehensive understanding of changji college teachers incentive means,content and effect,and comprehensive analysis of factors influencing the school teachers incentive factors of satisfaction.Based on the reality of changji institute,in view of the problems of teachers incentive,two-factor theory,respectively from two dimensions of motivation factors and hygiene factors is put forward to strengthen the teachers incentive has certain operability and feasibility of countermeasures.Hope that through this article research can enrich the double factors theory in teachers' research of incentive,especially expand the research scope of the theory of double factors.Can help to solve problems and insufficiency in changji college teachers incentive,fully meet the requirements of teachers to this group,so as to improve their job satisfaction and enthusiasm,to promote better development of the institute of changji.
