The food safety of primary school students is not only related to their health,At the same time more linked to the happiness of millions of families.With the rapid development of economy and society,Food safety problem is more and more concerned by people,Each school develops food safety education to the student to take seriously gradually.Because food safety belongs to the category of safety education.In primary and secondary schools,the teacher in charge of student safety education is mainly responsible for the evaluation and assessment mechanism due to heavy schoolwork tasks.As a result,their safety education for students is basically carried out in a simple way such as direct preaching or explicit prohibition,with unsatisfactory teaching effect.Therefore,in view of the elementary student physiological psychology actual situation and the cognition characteristic,It is very important and urgent to develop food safety knowledge education in a way that students like.As we all know,micro class is characterized by short and delicate work,especially in line with the cognitive characteristics of primary school students,The food safety education knowledge is presented in the form of micro class,Assist teachers to carry out food safety education,It has unique advantages in enhancing students' food safety knowledge and enhancing students' food safety awareness.This paper is guided by informal learning theory and hierarchy of needs theory,The main research method is literature analysis,On the basis of understanding the characteristics of food safety education in primary schools,teachers' teaching tasks and students' characteristics of food safety education,This paper studies the micro-course design of food safety education in primaryschools.This paper is divided into three parts.First,collect excellent domestic and foreign literature related to the study of micro lecture and safety education,Through the comprehensive analysis of the existing literature,The research objectives,methods and theoretical basis are clarified;Second,questionnaire survey and teacher interview,To understand the current situation of food safety education on the basis of,Analysis of primary school food safety education and teaching deficiencies.This paper analyzes the characteristics of food safety education,puts forward the advantages of applying micro-lesson,and constructs the micro-lesson design model of food safety education for primary school students;The third part,will design the food safety education micro class case trial,and carry on the effect analysis,The limitations and inadequacies of the research results are summarized,Further work prospects and future research directions are proposed.
