Research On The Management System Of Yulin Campus Football Under The Background Of New Era

Taking Yulin City as the research area,the management system of campus football as the research object,basis on systematically investigating and analyzing the current situation of the management system of campus football in Yulin City,the present situation of the management system of campus football in Yulin City is analyzed by combining quantitative analysis with qualitative description.This paper analyses the existing problems and influencing factors of Yulin campus football management system combining with relevant theories.On this basis,combined with the actual situation,the development countermeasures of Yulin campus football management system are put forward in order to promote the further improvement of Yulin campus football management system,provide a strong guarantee for the smooth development of Yulin campus football,and provide a reference for Yulin campus football authorities.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Yulin City has formed three levels of campus football work leading group: city-district(county)-school,which is the coordinating,deliberating and decision-making organ of campus football work.The Office of the leading group is generally located in the education department.Its main function is to lead the development of campus football activities,responsible for the organization,coordination and implementation of campus football activities and competitions.It mainly takes the form of plenary meetings,special meetings and document circulation to make decisions on the relevant issues of campus football work in Yulin City.It has formulated rules and regulations for campus football activities suitable for its own development,including five categories: implementation plan,football competition,football training,cultural construction and other matters.(2)Yulin's campus football leading organizations are reasonably staffed on the whole,but there are some problems in personnel composition,nature of work and communication between leading groups.And the division of functions is not clear and there is a lack of detailed division.However,there are some problems about the convening of campus football conference,some schools can not complete the tasks assigned by higher departments.And then there are some problems in the funding,training and competition of campus football in Yulin City,and there is a lack of corresponding rules and regulations of campus football.On the whole,the problems existing in the management system of campus football in Yulin City are the result of the combined action of various factors.(3)Yulin City should improve the leading organization of campus football,optimize the functions of the leading organization of campus football,ensure the effective operation of the operating mechanism of the leading organization of campus football,and improve the rules and regulations of campus football in order to promote the smooth development of campus football activities in Yulin City.
