Study On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Female Football Team In Characteristic Schools In Meizhou City

Meizhou city is known as "the home of football",is the national 44 key campus football talent training base,one of the football in 2018 was elected to the national youth campus reform experimental base.Meizhou is the birthplace of modern football in China.It has a history of more than one hundred years and a profound history,culture and mass foundation.It has a history of more than one hundred years and a profound history,culture and mass foundation.Based on the unique development history of soccer in Meizhou city,this paper aims to provide theoretical reference for the development of campus soccer in China by field investigation and theoretical analysis of the current development status of characteristic female soccer team in Meizhou city.It also provides constructive strategies for optimizing the development of characteristic female football team in Meizhou city.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics to conduct local field visits to the schools that have been selected into the schools with football characteristics and set up women's football teams.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The development of male and female football teams in the characteristic schools of campus football in Meizhou city is unbalanced,and the ratio of male and female coaches is unbalanced,so the female football team receives little attention;(2)The characteristics of campus football in Meizhou city are that the training methods of school women's football team are single,the training time is less and not fixed,the contradictions in training are more prominent,and the channels for female football players to study are single.(3)Among the 54 football schools in Meizhou city,only 47 football schools carry out the construction of women's football teams,which leads to problems in school leaders' attention and management.(4)The education concept of family children in Meizhou city tends to emphasize literature rather than martial arts,which leads to the low participation rate of female football in the campus and a small proportion due to the influence of the majority of parents' thinking that women should be successful.Based on the characteristics of women's soccer team for Meizhou city campus football team current situation of the development of the survey,this paper puts forward the following optimization strategy:(1)improve the training and competition system of women's football team,and actively introduce high-level professional football coaches,especially female football coaches,in order to ensure the teaching quality of teachers.In terms of training methods,a unified training program should be formulated in accordance with the law of physical and mental development of each age stage,and the training objectives and plans for each stage should be formulated,and training management should be strictly implemented.(2)expand the sources of funds for women's football teams,and reasonably allocate the proportion of funds for male and female football teams according to the current good development status of campus football in meizhou city.Based on the live audience of football matches,the consumption incentive of the audience is promoted,and the source of funds for the women's football team is increased.(3)to improve the strategic planning of women's soccer team construction in meizhou city's campus football,relevant documents of women's soccer should be issued as support,and detailed goals should be set for the future development of women's football in meizhou city.(4)Strengthen the research work related to the campus women's football team,and suggest that the campus football related research scholars transfer the development theory research to the competition activities,explore the physical activity characteristics and physiological characteristics of women's football matches of different age groups,improve the theoretical knowledge level of coaches,and finally fall into the teaching and training.(5)Enrich the publicity and expand the source of enrollment.Combined with the video information age,enrich the propaganda means of women's campus football,widely arouse the attention of the public.Pay attention to the use of advanced propaganda means and propaganda content design,for different groups to set up different propaganda content.
