Under the background of building a learning society,people pay more attention to the concept of lifelong education.People not only meet their own needs of life and work,but also gradually promote the level of demand to the realization stage of self-value.Modern adult training courses provide a great guarantee for improving the quality of life of adults and meeting the advanced needs of adult learners.At the same time,they contribute to the realization of self-worth of adult learners by devoting themselves to sublimating the theme of training.Therefore,how to make the adult training classroom became more effective,so that the adult learners in the classroom to acquire knowledge effectively become the focus of attention in the field of education.By means of literature survey,questionnaire survey and interview survey,this paper studies the current situation of adult training classroom in colleges and universities,and analyzes the main problems existing in adult training classroom in colleges and universities.The causes of these problems are discussed,and the concrete countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of adult training classroom in colleges and universities are put forward.The theoretical basis of the effectiveness of the adult training class in colleges and universities is the life-long education theory,the life-long learning theory,the constructivism learning theory and the effective learning theory.The theory of life-long education and the theory of life-long learning lay the foundation of the necessity of the adult training class,and the constructivism learning theory and the effective teaching theory have put forward the specific requirements for the standard of the effectiveness of the class.Based on these theories,the standard of the effectiveness of the adult training class is well defined.By means of random sampling,this paper investigates the implementation of the three-stage teacher training curriculum in Guangxi G University.The results show that the main problems existing in the adult training classroom in colleges and universities are as follows: the teaching content can not meet the needs of adult learners;The teaching environment and equipment still need to be improved;the teaching content is partial to the theory and the practicability needs to be strengthened;the training time is short and the curriculum arrangement is close.The main reasons for these problems are that the relevant policies of the local government are not perfect,the objective conditions of the training classroom in colleges and universities arerestrained,the professional level of adult training teachers needs to be improved and the learning motivation of adult learners needs to be strengthened.From the four levels of government,colleges and universities,adult training teachers and adult learners,this paper explores the concrete countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of adult training classroom.The concrete performance is that the government should create a learning atmosphere,increase training input and strengthen teacher norms;Colleges and universities need to change traditional ideas,improve the contents and methods of training,adult training teachers need to change ideas,improve methods,pay attention to the art of teaching,adult learners should start from their own level to enhance learning motivation and self-control.Under the background of learning society,improving the classroom effectiveness of adult training is of far-reaching significance.The conclusion of this study is expected to contribute a little to the improvement of the effectiveness of adult training classroom.
