Adult training is lifelong education, national education the indispensable important part, objects with mass, flexible and diverse forms of teaching, extensive coverage of the characteristics. With the transformation and upgrade of China’s social development, put forward the higher request to the overall quality of the people, for the adult education and training must also improve the efficiency of classroom teaching. How to optimize the classroom teaching? Using the teaching strategies of how to improve the effectiveness of classroom? The author works with youth in Zengcheng city farmers Comprehensive Quality Training for example, classroom effectiveness of adult training were discussed, so as to the effectiveness of classroom teaching of adult education training research.This paper describes the structure and main contents are as follows:The introduction, mainly discusses the research background, the research purpose of this thesis, the definition of core concepts, research review, research ideas, methods;The first part, investigation of the present situation of classroom teaching in the young farmer training. The questionnaire design, understand the status quo of current classroom teaching young farmer training, provide theoretical basis and data foundation of constructing effective classroom teaching in training for young farmers;The second part analysis and in the classroom teaching situation of young farmers training questionnaire, data were analyzed through the investigation of young farmers Comprehensive Quality Training of each teaching students the classroom teaching results, analysis found that currently exist in classroom teaching of young farmers training problem.The third part puts forward the strategy of classroom teaching for young farmers training effective, according to the survey results of training, put forward to change the concept of teaching oriented, to effectively prepare for the foundation, in order to improve the teaching method as the means, with good interaction among teachers and students as the platform, to construct a scientific teaching evaluation for the effectiveness of teaching strategy of classroom teaching five aspects of security and so on, is the key part of this paper; The fourth part, reflection and Prospect of the study.
