Research On The Development Strategy Of Sports Health Characteristic Towns In Jiangsu Province

Since the launch of the national fitness policy,There has been a sharp rise in the development patterns of “sports +”.The government has united sports organizations and enterprises around the country to build and innovate many new sports industries.The sports towns are one of the latest explorations.This paper analyzes the development strategy of sports characteristic towns in Jiangsu Province through literature data method,comparative analysis method,field investigation method,case analysis method and expert interview method,to analyzes the current development strategy of sports health characteristic towns in Jiangsu Province.Conclusions are as follows:1.Jiangsu Province is vast in territory with,abundant resources sports events.However,sports tourism in Jiangsu Province needs to be further developed.Jiangsu Province needs to fully utilize its resources,improve its public facilities and services to strengthen sports industry which plays an important role in the development of sports characteristic towns.2.The high-end market of sports health characteristic towns in Jiangsu province needs to be further developed,sports projects need to be further developed,and talents need to be improved.At the same time,due to the economic and environmental differences between the north and the south,the development of the north and the south is unbalanced,and the serious loss of talents and financial support in north Jiangsu affects the development and management of the towns.3.Most of the sports health characteristic towns in Jiangsu adopt the PPP model which is government-leading with social financial investment.This kind of PPP model can attract social capital extensively,effectively alleviate the financial pressure of the provincial government,effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of the individual economy,and promote the reform of the market system.However,this development model has the risk of social capital credibility and construction quality.4.Using sports as the core to build the industry chain of "sports +" pattern,the foreign sports characteristic towns have formed a strong sports culture and have a lot experience in the operation pattern,management,talent training,event IP construction and brand building,which have great reference value.5.Since the construction of sports health characteristic towns in Jiangsu Province,it has achieved remarkable development under the government's macroeconomic regulation and control,which fully proves the importance of developing the towns at the present stage for the sports industry and the national economy.However,the development has not been perfected.Many featured sports programs need to be developed and the supporting facilities need to be strengthened and improved.Advice:1.Integrate the towns resources,optimize the industrial structure and make full use of their advantages in resources.In addition to developing sports projects and utilizing resources,we must stress the importanrt of balanced development of related industries from service industry,tourism industry to manufacturing industry.2.Focus on the development of the high-end market,and develop high-end leisure sports projects by drawing on the successful town cases at home and abroad and combine their own advantages.Secondly,pay attention to the introduction and training of talents.The government can attract professional talents by improving the talent supporting policy,and cooperate with provincial universities to build professional talent training bases,practice bases and research institutes,etc.,and to form a talent training platform in the cooperation with government,universities and sports characteristic towns.3.When the government implements the PPP model to build a sports town,it should first know the reputation of the cooperative enterprise,establish a supervision mechanism and strengthen the management.Secondly,establish a supervision system and assessment system for the construction of social capital towns,and inspect the construction and maintenance of small towns in stages.4.Keep learning the experience of characteristic towns both at home and abroad..If condition permits,go to a successful foreign town for field studies,including construction methods,systems,development models,implementation methods,industrial chain structure,project construction,etc.The towns at home can communicate with each other,exchange research and studies with each other,share development experience,and make progress together.5.Strengthen the development and publicity of sports-oriented towns.The characteristic towns should stress the importance of public propaganda.In addition to relying in the visitors,it is also necessary to strengthen the publicity and construction of the new social media platform,and use the Internet,WeChat,Weibo and otherplatforms to promote the popularity.Bulid official websites and BBS to create the chance of direct communication with public and valubale feedback from consumers.
