Research On The Construction And Operation Of Sports And Leisure Towns In Shanxi Province From The Perspective Of Global Tourism

In recent years,with the strong support of national policies,sports and leisure towns have risen rapidly.As a new product,the construction of sports and leisure towns around the country is also in full swing.The sports and leisure characteristic towns are of great significance to the reform of the supply side of the national sports industry,the promotion of new urbanization and the promotion of economic development in the region.The construction of sports and leisure towns in Shanxi Province is also of great significance to the transformation and development of resource-based economy in Shanxi Province.From the perspective of global tourism,we can analyze the three sports and leisure towns in Shanxi Province,find problems and propose countermeasures,so that the town can be more scientific and systematically constructed and developed,and also provide for the construction and operation of other sports and leisure towns.Reference.This paper expounds the relationship between the three countries through the study of the relevant theories of tourism,sports tourism,sports and leisure towns,and uses the literature data method,field research method,expert interview method,logic analysis method,Shanxi.The construction conditions,safeguard measures,construction status and operation situation of the sports and leisure towns in the province,including the project planning,target positioning,spatial layout and business layout of the three sports and leisure towns,have been studied and found the movement of Shanxi Province.The problems arising in the construction and operation management of leisure characteristic towns,and the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and operation of sports and leisure towns in Shanxi Province were put forward from the perspective of global tourism,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The construction conditions of sports and leisure towns in Shanxi Province include economic conditions,policy conditions,naturalenvironmental conditions and cultural resources.Organizational safeguards include policy guarantees and organizational guarantees.Technical staff support,financial support.(2)Yuhe sports and leisure characteristic town belongs to sports and industrial sports leisure town;Yunzhu Lake sports and leisure characteristic town and Shengtianhu sports and leisure characteristic town are all competition-type,leisure sports and leisure towns.The Yuhe Sports and Leisure Town is being further improved and will soon enter the implementation stage;the Yunzhu Lake Sports and Leisure Town and the Shengtian Lake Sports and Leisure Town have all started operations,with emphasis on water sports,including the Holy Day.The land sports project in the lake sports and leisure towns is relatively better.The operational efficiency of the three sports and leisure towns as a whole needs to be improved.(3)There are five main problems in the sports and leisure towns in Shanxi Province: the policy support projects and directions are not clear,the upper design and planning are still lacking;the construction process is slow,there are shortage of funds,land use problems and village resettlement.The problem of relocation;the key business forms in the town are not prominent,the characteristics are not accurate,and the project is homogenized;the industry within the town is single,the industry is not well integrated;the operation and management level of the town is not high.(4)From the perspective of global tourism,the paper proposes the construction and development strategies of sports and leisure towns in Shanxi Province.There are five main aspects: comprehensive planning for the whole region,perfecting the upper-level design;exploring multi-funding mode and expanding the participation of small towns;Format;enrich the supply of sports tourism products,promote the globalization of the industry;optimize operational management,improve the operational mechanism system;train and recruit professional town management talents;implement global marketing as a whole,and establish a full coverage of the public servicesystem.
