In order to lay a good foundation for the sustainable and stable development of children’s table tennis in Guiyang city and even Guizhouprovince,to effectively improve the overall development of children’stable tennis in Guiyang city,and to provide reference basis for the cultivation of reserve talents in China’s table tennis competitive sportsResearch literature method,questionnaire method,interview method andmathematical statistics research methods,the present situation of Guiyang city children’s table tennis sports research,for students,teachers,coaches,school leaders,parents and other various main investigation,elementary school and children’s table tennis club in Guiyang two dimensions as the breakthrough point,some primary schoolsand children table tennis club of Guiyang two levels to investigate andunderstand the development situation,find out promote the developmentof Guiyang city primary school children’s table tennis and table tennisclub of favorable factors and the causes of the current restriction,analyze their found that the root of the problem,The improvement measuresfor the rapid development of children’s table tennis in Guiyang are putforward.Research results: The overall development of children’s tabletennis in Guiyang is not optimistic.Among the 30 primary schools and5 children’s table tennis clubs in this survey,5 primary schools haveprofessional table tennis facilities,13 primary schools have basic tabletennis facilities,and 12 primary schools have no table tennis facilities5 clubs in the management,software provided with shortcomings.Majorstudents understanding of table tennis deficiencies,highly attaches great importance to the school level,and table tennis training marketchaos,specific performance for school leaders and parents support isinsufficient,the school teachers,sites,equipped with insufficient fund,table tennis tournament,and the struggle to intercollegiate exchange opportunities,children’s single table tennis club management simple,and the recruitment of students propaganda,coaches coaching experience and personal skill level is not high,school and club fusion development and interactive miscommunication also restrict the development of Guiyang city children’s table tennis.The study proposes that the development dilemma of children’s table tennis in Guiyang city should be solved by changing the cognition of table tennis,attaching importance to the management of the table tennis club,and opening up cooperation channels between schools and clubs.Establish scientific learning concept and cognition of children table tennis and advocate correct value concept;Improve the professional level of teachers and coaches through training,strengthen the management of table tennis club;Raising funds in various aspects,expanding the channels of fund sources,and making up the shortage of infrastructure of table tennis;Enhance the marketing means of table tennis club and improve the traditional way of enrollment;Many organizations at all levels of various types of competitions,forming a good atmosphere and environment for children table tennis;To realize the good interaction between training institution education and school education and promote the long-term development of table tennis.
