Development Status Of Survey And Countermeasures About Table Tennis Sport In Sports Institute (department) Of Liaoning Provincial

This paper adopts the following research methods such as investigation method, expert interviews method, mathematical statistics method, and selects 9 sports institutes (departments) as a survey objects in the paper. The survey is carried out from four aspects: table tennis courses, table tennis team construction, table tennis matches, table tennis extra-curricular activities. After the survey, the author has got a comparatively clear understanding of the present situation of table tennis in sports institute (department) in Liaoning Province. And found out some problems. The author tried to analyse the influencing factors and put forward the countermeasures so as to contribute ideas and extra efforts for improving further the quality of table tennis professionals in sports institute (department) in Liaoning Province, and meeting the needs for the table tennis professionals in society, so as to strengthen the position of"National ball"in China. The main conclusions include:1. In nine of the institute(department) surveyed, most of them have enough table tennis equipments and facilities to meet the needs of daily teaching, but parts of them have no high-quality venues and less lesson hours without efficent textbooks or practical textbooks. Moreover, the table tennis teachers generally have a higher teaching ability, but the students'learning purpose should be further defined.2. According to the survey, the teams are established in different from in nine Liaoning sports institute (department), and coaches have professional level, but with less high-level athletes. There are some games within institute (department), but lack of games among institutes or departments, which affect athletes' training enthusiasm and restrict their levels. Table tennis extra-curricular activities mainly depend on school's organizations, lack of students initiative. In addition, the associations and clubs have been at the early stage.3. The factors of affecting Liaoning sports institute(department) table tennis launching mainly include: attention degree of school leadership, campus cultural atmosphere of table tennis, demand for table tennis talents, table tennis venue facilities and conditions, table tennis curriculum, teachers'teaching level, table tennis'the establishment and development of extra-curricular organizations, school table tennis competition condition, founding sources and investment.4. To promote development table tennis of Liaoning sports institute (department), we can upgrade and explore in the campus culture, venues and facilities, course offering, teacher level, the introduction of high-level athletes, orientation of personnel training, various types of competitions, extra-curricular activities and social awareness, etc.This paper puts forth the following suggestions: improving the leadership's concerns on table tennis sports in institution (department), further bettering the teaching environment, optimizing the table tennis textbooks, carrying out targeted teaching to enhance the quality of teaching. Moreover, we should pay more attention to teachers recultivation and the introduction of high-level athletes, define professional features, and create a table tennis culture, enhance exchanges among institution (department), focus on our social practice to gain the maximum social recognition.
