According to the classic labor mobility model, the Todaro model theory: “The main motivation for labor mobility is the difference in income between inflows and outflows, and it is the expected income difference rather than the actual income gap that makes the labor migration decision”.The salary in the recruitment information can be a good representation of the expected benefits that the labor force believes before making a decision. With the advent of the information age and the rapid development of mobile devices, the Internet penetration rate is getting higher and higher. The online recruitment platform provides convenient, transparent and rich recruitment information for the vast workforce.More and more laborers obtain job information through online recruitment platforms. This article explores the impact of online recruitment salary levels on labor migration. The first part uses the data of the labor migration collected by the National Health and Family Planning Commission to analyze the situation of labor mobility in various regions of China and the employment of the mobile labor force. The second part uses Python language to write web crawler program, crawls the data of recruitment salary and recruitment quantity in different industries in different regions of China in the same city recruitment website, and conducts statistical processing to analyze the difference in salary level of network recruitment in each region. And combined with labor mobility data to explore the relationship between the two.The third part applies the ridge regression to study the impact of the differences in the salary level of the network recruitment between the regions on the net labor mobility of the labor force from a macro perspective, reflecting the impact of the network salary difference on the ability of the region to attract labor resources. The fourth part applies the logistic regression to study the impact of the network recruitment salary level in the region on the choice of inter-provincial mobility decisions. It is concluded that the difference in salary levels of online recruitment between regions has a significant impact on the number of net labor flows. And online recruitment salary levels also have a significant impact on labor mobility decisions. Finally, based on the research findings, suggestions for improving the allocation of labor resources are proposed.
