Teacher-children interaction is the core factor in preschool education practice and an important aspect that restricts the quality of preschool education.Any ideal pre-school education program needs to be transformed into reality through teacher-children interaction.The teacher-children speech interaction refers to the speech-based interaction between kindergarten teachers and children,which is the main part of the teacher-children interaction.It is of great and realistic significance to the physical and mental development of children,the professional development of teachers and the quality of preschool education."Guiding outline of kindergarten education(trial)" pointed out that kindergarten education should be based on games.However,there are still a lot of collective teaching activities in the real world.Based on this reality,the collective teaching activities in the words of the teachers and children interaction,helps to further understand the kindergarten collective teaching form and characteristics,clear the education effect and problems,put forward the corresponding improvement strategy,to promote the development of the children better and promote the pre-school education to deepen reform of specification development to provide the reference.In this study,a total of 3572 teacher-children speech acts were selected from kindergarten collective teaching activities by means of convenient sampling and simple random sampling.The Flanders interactive analysis system was used to encode and analyze them.The results show that in the collective teaching activities of kindergartens,the structure of teacher-children speech interaction is dominated by teachers'speech,and the children's speech is a minority;The emotional atmosphere of teachers and children's speech interaction is relatively tense;The teacher-children speech interaction is mainly based on"question and answer mode";The interactive content of teachers and children's speech has organizational characteristics;The kindergarten teachers'speech is mainly lectures,questions,instructions,etc.,and the types of speech such as acceptance,praise or acceptance are few;the speech of children in collective teaching activities is mainly the verbal response to teachers,its spontaneity is weak;Teachers'positive attention to children and speech feedback are less.In response to this,this study proposes the following suggestions:First,respect and understand children's attention,and conduct full emotional communication;second,create a relaxed democratic environment and promote the active participation of young children;third,encourage young children to take the initiative to give correct feedback in a timely manner;Fourth,strengthen the reflection of the teaching profession and improve the language teaching skills.
