A Study On The Mission Consciousness Of Postgraduates Of Marxist Theory Subjects

The precursor of action is thought.Only by recognizing position can action be conscious.As a powerful spiritual motive force for the development of individuals,organizations and human society,mission awareness is a unique spiritual phenomenon of human beings.It is a kind of conscious consciousness that the actors deeply identify with the mission they are undertaking,which is highly firm and consequently generates to devote themselves to accomplishing the mission.Under its function,it can promote the actors' conscious action.Mission consciousness is abstract,but it can be expressed in vivid and concrete forms.The sense of mission of graduate students of Marxist theory plays an important role in guiding and cultivating the growth of graduate students of Marxist theory and the development of Marxist theory;from a deeper level,it is also of great significance to consolidate the fundamental guiding position of Marxism in China and to safeguard the ideological security of our country.Based on the perspective of Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism,and on the basis of the combination of Marxist theory with contemporary reality and students' thoughts,this paper analyses the status,characteristics and influencing factors of postgraduates' mission consciousness of Marxist theoretical disciplines,and probes into the Countermeasures of cultivating and strengthening postgraduates' mission consciousness of Marxist theoretical disciplines in the new era.In addition to the introduction and concluding remarks,this paper is divided into the following four parts:The first part is related concepts and theoretical basis.Firstly,the connotation of mission consciousness is analyzed,and the concrete manifestation of mission consciousness is excavated.Secondly,it expounds Marx's views on consciousness,Marxist mission,the essence of Marxist epistemology and the principle of dialectical relationship between internal and external causes.Finally,starting from the source of the mission of the graduate students of Marxist theory,it is concluded that the graduate students of Marxist theory bear the mission of discipline and ideology.The second part is the investigation of the status quo of the postgraduate's mission consciousness in the subject of Marxist theory.From the four levels of "responsibility consciousness","responsibility consciousness","responsibility consciousness","dedication consciousness" and "sacrifice consciousness" in the connotation of mission consciousness,this paper analyses and studies the content and status of the mission consciousness of graduate students of Marxist theory.Then,from the four levels of understanding of the mission and mission consciousness of the graduate students of Marxist theory and the mission consciousness of the graduate students of Marxist theory,a total of two perspectives,a survey was conducted.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of the postgraduate's mission consciousness of Marxist theory.Firstly,through induction,analysis and collation,this paper summarizes the characteristics,positive aspects and challenges of the current postgraduate mission consciousness of Marxist theory.Then,guided by the theory and method of Marxism itself,and combined with the actual situation,this paper probes into the reasons why the postgraduate's sense of mission of Marxist theory is facing challenges from facts.The fourth part is the way to cultivate and strengthen the sense of mission of graduate students of Marxist theory.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the postgraduate's mission consciousness of Marxist theory discipline,this part puts forward the ways to cultivate andstrengthen the postgraduate's mission consciousness of Marxist theory discipline from the internal and external causes,with a view to strengthening the positive aspects of the current postgraduate's mission consciousness of Marxist theory discipline and providing suggestions for the urgent problems to be solved.
