The Study On The Cultivation Of College Students' Mission Spirit In The New Era

Chinese Communist Party has always placed the great cause of country and nation on the growing young generation,and has always believed that the prosperity of country depends on the prosperity of youth,and the strength of country depends on the strength of youth.Among the youth groups,college students,as the main force to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,as the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics,their growth and education are related to the future of the nation and the continuation of the Party's cause.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,President Xi Jinping has expounded on the mission of young college students in the new era on many occasions.It has placed the spirit of responsibility in a more prominent position,and has placed great expectations on the youth.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that if the young generation has ideals,capabilities and responsibilities,the country will have a future and the nation will have hope.In the speech commemorate the 100 th anniversary of the May4 th Movement,the spirit of the May 4th Movement was taken as the guide,and the issue of "why,for whom,and how" of young college students in the new era should be undertaken,was comprehensively discussed.Therefore,in view of the requirements of the development of the party and the country and the era value of the spirit of responsibility,it is of great significance to cultivate the spirit of mission responsibility of college students in the new era.This paper consists of four parts:The first part describes the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,innovation and shortcomings.The second part expounds the relevant theories of the cultivation of College Students' mission spirit in the new era.Firstly,it defines the meaning of College Students' mission bearing spirit in the new era,and briefly describes the content of cultivating the mission bearing spirit from the four aspects of knowledge,emotion,intention and behavior;Secondly,it explores the theoretical basis of this theme from the discussion of Marx,Engels and the Communist Party of China on the youth mission and the excellent traditional Chinese culture;Finally,it expounds the era background of the cultivation of mission bearing spirit from three aspects: implementing the fundamental task of moral education,strengthening the ideological demand and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The third part expounds the current situation and reasons of the cultivation of College Students' mission spirit in the new era.Through the questionnaire,on the one hand,it analyzes the status quo of College Students' mission spirit,on the other hand,it focuses on the status quo of the cultivation of mission spirit.There are not only social environment and main body of cultivation,but also college students themselves.The fourth part expounds the feasible path of Cultivating College Students' mission spirit in the new era.Starting from the national demand for talents and the physical and mental characteristics of college students,the society,school,family,community,Communist Youth League and other external cultivation subjects and college students themselves work together to explore effective ways to cultivate college students' mission bearing spirit in the new era from two aspects of theoretical education and practical exercise.
