Table tennis is one of the most popular sports in college public sports options.In the actual teaching,how to choose effective teaching methods to mobilize students' subjective initiative,cultivate students' independent learning and cooperative learning,so that students' comprehensive ability can be fully developed.It has become an important direction for the study of educators.Therefore,this paper conducts an experiment of autonomous-cooperative teaching method in the public sports table tennis elective course of colleges and universities.In this paper,two classes in the 2016 public sports table tennis elective course of Taiyuan University of Technology were randomly selected as the research object.One class was the experimental class and the second class was the control class.Both classes are boys,24 people in each class,a total of 48 people.Among them,the experimental class adopts autonomous-cooperative teaching,and the control class adopts traditional teaching.A 16-week,32-hour teaching experiment was conducted.Using literature method,psychometric method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method,the two classes of students were tested and investigated in five aspects: body shape,body function,physical quality,psychological quality and special skills before and after the experiment.The results of the tests and surveys were compared and analyzed.The results showed that:(1)In terms of body shape test indicators,height,weight,and BMI,there was no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class after testing P>0.05;(2)the vital capacity,vital capacity and body mass index in terms of physical functiontest indicators,There was a significant difference in the test P<0.05,the experimental class was better than the control class;(3)in terms of physical fitness test indicators,push-ups,standing long jump,Leger run,50 meters,there was a significant difference after testing P<0.05.The experimental class is superior to the control class.There was no significant difference in the sitting body flexion test result P>0.05.(4)In terms of psychological quality test indicators,the self-confidence and exercise motivation survey results showed that there was a significant difference in P<0.05,and the experimental class was superior to the control class.(5)In terms of special skill test indicators,the push,serve,attack,croquet,and left push right attack,there is a significant difference in the test P <0.05,the experimental class is better than the control class.It can be seen that autonomous-cooperative teaching can fully mobilize students' interest in learning,strengthen students' ability of independent learning and cooperative learning,help to successfully complete teaching tasks while promoting the comprehensive development of students' comprehensive ability,and can be used in public colleges and universities.Promotional use in the ball options class.
