On the basis of the definition of the structure of flipping the classroom teaching method,teaching characteristics and methods,and the students' physical quality,basic skills combination,through the use of literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other methods,experimental studies are carried out on the teaching method of classroom teaching turnover in table tennis elective course of university the selected experimental group in grade 2016 of Southwest Jiao Tong University table tennis elective class by random sampling method and the control group.Before the experiment tested two classes of students' physical quality and basic technical level,showed no significant difference between the two classes before the experiment results,to ensure the preciseness of the experiment;in the experimental group and control group using flipped classroom teaching method and traditional teaching method in sports teaching;basic techniques of table tennis for two classes after the experiment,learning motivation and cooperation ability After the comparison and analysis of the results of the two classes before and after the experiment,the following main conclusions are drawn.(1)The traditional teaching method and the teaching method can make the turning table tennis technical level of students can be improved.After the experiment,the two classes of students to attack the ball on the forehand,backhand block,achievement and forehand push attack technology to attack the ball,backhand block technique evaluation has significant difference(P<0.05),the experimental results class student achievement rate higher.Finally,the flipped classroom teaching method applied in University table tennis teaching is feasible,and has more advantages and characteristics,is conducive to the technical level of students' table tennis promotion.(2)Flip classroom teaching method to teaching resources integration and reuse,and students can study and review,by before class,after class online learning and classroom group learning methods,let the students exchange and learning time,place not only in the classroom,increase mutual understanding and exchange opportunities for students between,to create a free,harmonious learning atmosphere,has a very good role in promoting the cultivation of students' good learning motivation and cooperation ability.(3)The experimental class using the flipped classroom teaching method,learning team members in exchanges and cooperation,the basis of poor students will gradually establish confidence in learning to get help,at the same time on the basis of good students to help others gain a sense of achievement also get exercise,better maintenance of the self-esteem,to a certain extent to reduce the effects of learned helplessness phenomenon for students.(4)In table tennis teaching,flipped classroom teaching method emphasizes and highlights the dominant position of teachers and the dominant position of students,which helps to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability and classroom sense of ownership,and is conducive to the establishment of good teacher-student relationship.
