A Study On Empathy Design Of The Relationship Between Nursing Workers And The Elderly In Nursing Homes

The aging of China is becoming more and more serious,and the problem of providing for the aged has become a social problem.With the change of the concept of providing for the aged,more and more elderly people choose to stay in nursing homes.Nursing homes provide services for the elderly.Nursing worker ar-e the direct exporters of nursing home services.Nursing workers get along with the elderly day and night,which is the group that the elderly come into contact with the most in nursing homes.In recent years,There have been numerous repo-rts of tensions between nursing workers and the elderly in nursing homes.Therefo-re,this study uses the theory of empathy design to analyze the relationship between nursing workers and the elderly in nursing homes.Restoring the Real situati-on of Nursing Workers in Nursing homes getting along with the elderly,Find ou-t the problems in the relationship between nursing care for the elderly and put f-orward the design strategy to improve the relationship between nursing workers a-nd the elderly in nursing homes,Hope to brings a better experience for nursing workers and the elderly to get along with each other in nursing homes.First of all,through the literature method,the method and tools of empathy design are studied systematically.at the same time,combined with the particularit-y of the elderly and nursing workers in the nursing home relationship,the neces-sity of applying empathy design to the study of the nursing home nursing relatio-nship is clarified.Based on the theory of empathy design,this paper combs out t-he framework of empathy design of nursing home care relationship,that is,the combination of Say-Do-Think of empathy design and nursing home care relationsh ip,to obtain the language,behavior and emotional data of both sides of nursinghome.Then,According to the framework and process,we went to two nursing homes in Guangzhou Haocheng and Guiyang Qi Xi to carry out practical research,andobtained Say-Do-Think data in the relationship between the two sides through empathy observation,empathy interview,role-playing acquisition and empathy dete-ction.By clustering and combing the data,A total of 38 pain points and demand points for the elderly and 34 pain points and demand points for nursing worker-s were obtained.Then the relationship between the demand point and pain point of the care for the elderly is mapped,and the four major problems in the relatio nship between the care for the elderly are found:1.Caregivers are unable to ace-s s the needs of the elderly in real time 2.Optimize the call system of nursing hom-e to ensure the timeliness of information 3.Lack of evaluation of the quality of nursing services by the elderly 4.Care for the elderly both sides of the common r-ecreational activities are single.Using the experience travel map,the priority of th-e problem and the summary of the design opportunity point are carried out.Fina-lly,the author puts forward the following strategies to solve the problem.1.Perfe-cting the Information system of Nursing Home to ensure the pertinence of Information 2.Optimize the call system of nursing home to ensure the time of informa-tion 3.Reshape recreational activities for the elderly and increase the diversity of activities.The blueprint of improving the relationship between the elderly and the elderly in nursing homes is constructed,and the conceptual design of the relationship between the elderly and the elderly is exported.This study analyzes the relationship between nursing and elderly care in nurs ing homes from the perspective of empathy design,brings the elderly and caregiv-ers in nursing homes into the research object,no longer looks at the two sides in isolation,and applies empathy methods from multiple angles.Restore the most real nursing home care experience.It is of great significance for other nursing ho-mes to develop and harmonize the relationship between the elderly and the elderl-y by putting forward the solutions for the improvement of the relationship betwe-en the elderly and the elderly in the nursing home.
