To further improve the management of University Teachers' compensation,it has strategic significance to promote the development and progress of colleges and universities.The object of this study is the HH Institute,in the current rapid development of the college,the college senior leaders realized that the problem of compensation management has become a restricting factor for their further development,so they want to be able to get the method to improve the compensation management.This paper analyzes the status quo and problems of College Teachers' salary management in HH college by means of questionnaire survey,discussion and individual interview,and tries to put forward the countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of HH college teachers in Colleges and universities in order to improve the practical situation of HH college.Firstly,on the basis of the review of the domestic and foreign university teachers' salary management,this paper puts forward the basic concept of the University Teachers' salary management,and expounds the relevant theories and guiding principles of the University Teachers' salary management.Secondly,from the basic situation of HH college,teachers,teachers pay structure and level of HH college teachers pay management status quo in-depth analysis,and combined with the HH Institute of local area and the school of the four institutions of the same size and the average wages,salaries constitute the main problems in HH college,and HH college teachers pay management issues.Finally,according to the main problems and causes of HH College Teachers' pay management,we put forward the ways and methods to improve the University's salary management problems,in order to provide some help and reference for the reform of HH College Teachers' salary management system.
