As the global economy has recovered slowly,human resource service market has increased at a fairly steady rate.Capital inflow and creative Internet technology have motivated the upgrade of human resource service industry.However,overseas human resources industry meets the needs of customers with more professional,accurate and in-depth service and products,while the domestic ones tends to be complete in the industrial chain with the aid of the country`s favorable policy.With the rapid development of the human resource industry,fiercer competition has facilitated human resource industry to improve its efficiency and competitiveness by lean management.Under the conditions of the free and open platform,tailored marketing strategies and upgraded products,this thesis conducts a study of problems arising form marketing and management by analyzing human resource industry service and products.Combining lean management with sales management philosophy,it comes up with many improvements in sales channels and products strategies,focused on meeting the needs of customers.In this thesis customer resources are segmented.This thesis differentiates products to meet different customer needs based on customer classification.Meanwhile it reconstructs the organizational structure of the sales system,and evaluates the staff according to their competence.Guided by operation targets,it quantifies the sales performance appraisal target.Besides,the regional management center,the customer resource transfer system and provision of management tools.This thesis further conducts a study on the application of lean management in X human resource organization and aims to find a lean sales management model that more suitable for human resource organization based on the actual situation of sales operation carried by X human resource organization.Forced by sales operation,guided by market-oriented division of labor science,X human resource organization achieves precise marketing,reduces the waste of customer resources and maximizes resource utilization through refined match of customer resources,products and sales channels.By implementing differentiated services,it improves customer satisfaction and promotes sales productivity.On the whole,the sales operation management is more accurate,scientific,pre-oriented and standardized,which promotes the growth of sales performance and improves the competitiveness of X human resource organization.
