Dynamic Lean Management Research Of Z Company's Research Travel Project

With the rise of “double creation”,more and more people are taking part in innovation and entrepreneurship.However,entrepreneurship has always faced a high risk of failure.Research travel and practices for young students have just arisen in China,mentioned type of project of Z company belongs to the initial startup one,unlike engineering,construction projects,entrepreneurship project management focus on the continuity and task uniqueness,so comes with very high risk.The environment of the initial entrepreneurship projects is highly uncertain,and the needs of customers are uncertain and dynamic.Therefore,the mature project management is not suitable for the initial entrepreneurship project,another mode and method should be introduced.Lean startup represents a new method that continuously forms innovation,it rebuilds the working procedure of a new project,tests strategy by experiments,and advocates "confirmatory study" in the project.A minimalist prototype is first to launch to the market,and tries to verify,by repeating tests and studies with the minimum cost and in an effective way,whether or not the product meets the needs of users,so to flexibly adjust direction.In general,the lean startup theory is very suited to be a guidance to the initial entrepreneurship project.This paper absorbs related theories of lean startup,applies an innovative way of dynamic lean management method,by thoroughly and systematically smoothing the early management status of Z company's research travel project,analyses the existing problems of the mentioned project management in the initial stage,targeted put forward the overall plan of dynamic lean management optimization and adopts the three stages of progressive optimization of concrete paths and measures for improvement,lean management ensures that the research travel entrepreneurial project optimized effect.The following conclusions are drawn from the research: first,lean management has a significant effect on the improvement of research travel entrepreneurship projects.Second,lean management is a dynamic and systematic management cycle.Third,lean entrepreneurial capacity building can improve the competitive of the project.Fourth,the initial entrepreneurship project is suitable for the application of lean startup theory for guidance.In this paper,the three-ring dynamic lean management model of "customer demand evolution-lean entrepreneurship capability renewal-customer value enhancement" is put forward,which is a beneficial expansion of lean startup theory.The proposed dynamic management and phased iterative optimization of three lean entrepreneurial capabilities of "minimum viable product","customer feedback" and "rapid iteration" are of practical significance for entrepreneurial project management.
