| On November 20,2017,the launching ceremony of the Little Basketball League was held at the Zhangjiawan Town Central Primary School in Beijing,with the release of the "Little Basketball rules" approved by the China Basketball Association,meaning that the 57-year-old "Little Basketball Program" has been launched again.In order to broaden the channels for the selection of Chinese basketball reserve talents,the China Basketball Association launched the "Little Basketball" campaign.The new session of the China Basketball Association,headed by Yao Ming,once again put the development of small basketball on the agenda and treated it as a national team building.The CBA League reforms equally important work to do.This has created a rare opportunity for promoting the development of small basketball and changing the training system of basketball talents in our country.With the rapid development of the world basketball level and the deepening of domestic basketball reform,the Chinese basketball market is also showing a strong momentum.But in recent years,Chinese men,women's basketball competitive level is not satisfactory,what is the reason? Compared with the talent training system of the developed countries,it is not difficult to find a sharp problem in front of us,that is,the serious shortage of Chinese basketball reserve talents.Small basketball sports have set up special hardware and equipment facilities,revised the rules of the game,more in line with the needs of children,adolescents,body,mind,intelligence,emotion and many other aspects of development.The promotion of small basketball will effectively solve the lack of basketball training competition platform,basketball reserve talent selection way is single,material selection quality is not high and other bad situation.The main conclusions are as follows:The hardware facilities and competition rules of small basketball meet the needs of children,adolescents,physical ability,skills,tactical understanding,mental,intellectual and emotional development.Since the development of small basketball,a large number of social forces have emerged,which has greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of the market to participate in the sports training industry.The base of basketball population has increased significantly,and the overall technical level of the players has been recognized by experts.Through the investigation and interview of the coaches,athletes and parents of the small basketball players,the coaches are very supportive of the small basketball games,the small players participate in the training,the enthusiasm of the competition is high,and the parents of the small players have the comprehensive ability to the children.The improvement in character and emotion is gratifying.4.By comparing the training mode of basketball reserve talents between our country and the developed countries of basketball project,we find that there is a serious truth in the training of juvenile basketball talents in our country,and the promotion of small basketball helps to fill this deficiency effectively.5.Through the SWOT analysis,the promotion of small basketball at present coincides with great opportunities and challenges to a great extent.Seeking scientific methods to grasp the opportunities to meet the challenges will have the opportunity to create a milestone progress for the basketball cause of our country.6.Talent training needs a certain period of time.The influence of small basketball,as a strategic deployment,on the training of basketball talents in China needs to be continuously optimized and improved to meet the test of time. |
