studies and analyzes the development of Jinan Small Basketball League and its existing problems,and then summarizes the specific problems existing in the training of basketball reserve talents.In forming a good situation of mutual promotion.However,there are still some problems in the organization of the league.There is no special organization and management organization in the league.The organization and management need to be strengthened.The league competition period is short,the schedule is too tight,and the implementation plan of the league is not enough.(2)"Small Basketball Rules" is not completely consistent with the characteristics of children's activities.Jinan basketball players,coaches and referees do not understand the rules of small basketball.There are many violations and fouls during the game.League referees are not skilled.Using the rules of the small basketball,the training of the referee of the league is not in place.(3)Jinan City's small basketball courts are inadequately equipped.Most of the participating units do not have standard small basketball venue facilities.The participating units do not pay enough attention to the construction of small basketball court equipment.The existing small basketball facilities standards are not uniform,and the venue equipment standards are not popular.(4)Although the Jinan Small Basketball League has received more social sponsorship,the capital investment is still relatively lacking,the funding channel is relatively single,the Basketball Association has insufficient support for the league funds,the commercial
