With the continuous development of early childhood education in China since the reform and opening up,more and more parents pay more attention to early childhood education.Kindergarten is the main place for early childhood education.It is of theoretical value and practical significance to study the development of modern marketing management strategies for private kindergartens..This paper takes the development of private marketing management strategy of private kindergartens---Xiaoyang Kindergarten as the topic of the thesis.Through the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of the modern marketing development of private kindergartens,this paper proposes the development strategy of modern marketing management for private kindergartens.Research can help promote the marketing development of private kindergartens and provide valuable development reference suggestions for improving the market development of private kindergartens.The paper is divided into seven chapters for analysis.It combines literature research method,comparative analysis method and case analysis method.Through the reference to the literature review of domestic and foreign kindergarten marketing strategies,the paper studies the marketing strategy of private kindergartens.The paper analyzes the paper as follows:Chapter one is the introduction,which analyzes the background and significance of the modern marketing management strategy of private kindergartens,and summarizes the related research references at home and abroad,and proposes the research methods and technical routes of the papers.The second chapter summarizes the relevant theories.This paper summarizes the four aspects of preschool education,private preschool education,private kindergartens and modern marketing strategies.The third chapter is about the current situation and existing problems of Xiaoyang Kindergarten marketing strategy,which are analyzed and analyzed from the two aspects of marketing development and existing problems of Xiao Sun Kindergarten.Case analysis provides relevant basis;the fourth chapter analyzes the market positioning of Xiaoyang Kindergarten,from three aspects: Nanjing Early Childhood Education Market Analysis,Nanjing Kindergarten Market Segmentation,and Nanjing Xiaoyang Kindergarten Target Market Selection.The fifth chapter is about the research on the development of marketing strategy combination of Xiao Sun Kindergarten.It is elaborated from the two aspects of marketing strategy ofXiao Sun Kindergarten and marketing strategy of Xiao Sun Kindergarten.The sixth chapter is the development strategy of marketing management of Xiaoyang Kindergarten.It analyzes and discusses six aspects: gradually improving the marketing organization system,perfecting the marketing service system,constructing the market competition faculty,strengthening the corporate culture construction,marketing organization evaluation and incentive,and profitability management.Chapter VII Conclusions and Prospects,summarizes the development of modern marketing management strategies for private kindergartens,and proposes the development prospects for modern marketing management of private kindergartens.In short,through the research of the thesis,it can combine the case analysis of the modern marketing management development of Nanjing Xiaoyang Kindergarten to provide reference development suggestions for the development of modern marketing strategies of our national kindergartens.It is also hoped that through the research of the papers,it can be used for other private early education institutions.Provide a reference for the adjustment of marketing strategies.Through the research of the thesis,we can create a good market development environment for the development of private kindergartens.Under the joint efforts of the government,society and private kindergartens,the development of private kindergartens is getting better and better.
