With the development of social economy and the increase of residents’ income,more and more parents begin to realize the importance of early education to the development of infants and young children.The support of government policies has driven the continuous expansion of China’s early education market.In the era of digital economy,in the face of fierce market competition,how small and medium-sized private early education enterprises can obtain sustainable market competitive advantages through marketing strategies has become the focus of small and medium-sized private early education enterprises.This paper takes H small and medium-sized private early childhood education enterprises as the research object,through the research on the current marketing strategies,finds out the problems existing in the marketing strategies,and combines the marketing 4P theory and digital marketing theory to analyze the causes of the problems.First of all,this paper makes an in-depth study of the current marketing situation through questionnaires and interviews,and combs out the existing problems of marketing,namely,single channel,lack of professional marketing personnel,weak product selling points and traditional promotion methods.Secondly,SWOT is used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by H early education enterprises,and then based on STP theory,repositioning,marketing strategy optimization scheme and guarantee measures are put forward from four aspects: product,price,channel and promotion.From the perspective of digital marketing,this paper applies new media and community marketing to the implementation of marketing strategies of early education enterprises,and explores some effective and feasible marketing strategies,hoping to play a certain practical guiding role and reference value.
