At present,the overall development of colleges and universities is relatively high,but the development of technician colleges is mixed,and there are many problems.The lack of stamina and lack of system construction are the main problems.The Technician College is an important part of the education system and its development value is significant.Brand building is an important way for school development.Nowadays,students are under great pressure to compete in the school.The school is facing tremendous pressure on enrollment.How to improve the service quality of the college and improve its core competitiveness has become the core content of many technicians and colleges.First of all,the background of the research is introduced,including the research background,research purpose,significance;research status at home and abroad;research methods and research content,technical route,etc.Secondly,it introduces the basic concepts and theoretical basis of brand building,such as the concept and characteristics of the brand,the content and characteristics of brand building,and the important value and necessity of the brand building of the technician college.Once again,it introduces the basic situation of GL College of technicians,and introduces the school's general situation,organizational structure,professional construction,teacher team construction,employment situation of graduates,and development plan of technician college.Then,field research was conducted to understand the satisfaction of students,staff,and enterprises with GL College of technicians through survey questionnaires,and the related survey results were analyzed to understand the current development status of GL Technician Academy brand building.Then through the analysis of the survey results,to understand the current GL College of technicians in the process of brand building problems and causes of the problems.For example,the college analyzes the problems and causes of brand positioning,content construction,brand communication and maintenance.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the brand building process of the GL Technician Institute,the author puts forward specific countermeasures,defines the principles and ideas that need to be followed in brand building,and then proposes corresponding improvement countermeasures for the problems.
