Private kindergarten is an important part of preschool education institutions in our country, in recent years, with the vigorous development of the preschool education cause in our country, the development of the private kindergarten also gradually into the fast lane. And private kindergarten preschool teachers as a special group in the education career, relatively stable enough for their work, treatment, the big liquidity and lower special reason, make them face huge employment pressure, and the professional status of early childhood education has a close relationship with business tomorrow, to improve their occupational stress status of early childhood education has important practical significance.This study to Zunyi private preschool teachers as investigation object, through questionnaire investigation, observation and interview method to Zunyi private preschool teachers occupational stress situation investigation, by collecting relevant literature at home and abroad,from the teachers' occupational stress status, teachers occupational stress causes, preschool teachers occupational stress and countermeasures of occupational stress and management in five aspects to write literature review. The author find the factors affecting preschool teachers occupational stress wrote the private kindergarten teachers stress questionnaire, the questionnaire is divided into two parts, the first part of the basic information for teachers, the second part for teachers occupational stress experience, from the personal expectation, social support, the kindergarten environment and management factors, parents, development prospects and the working load six dimensions to design topics. Literature method, questionnaire survey method and interview method, according to Zunyi 10 by different levels, different scale of private kindergartens, questionnaire, a total of 301 preschool teachers chose eight kindergarten teachers in-depth interviews, the conclusion is as follows: 1. The professional Zunyi private kindergarten teachers under high pressure; 2. Zunyi private kindergarten teachers lack of measures to effectively alleviate the pressure of the career of 3. The influencing factors of Zunyi private kindergarten teachers occupational stress factors, social support, mainly from personal expectations, kindergarten, environment and management from several aspects. According to the results, the author from the perspective of society, the kindergarten and teachers' three suggest ease Zunyi private kindergarten teachers occupational stress and coping strategies.
