Although thedirectly-entering-socialism ethnic groups community has developed for more than 60 years with the support of the relevant national poverty alleviation policies,the special poverty situation is still serious,especially in the field of education,with a low starting point,poor foundation and unbalanced development.Therefore,the main purpose of this study is to understand the survival status of small-scale school teachers in Yunnan Province through in-depth investigation.Through the analysis of the deep-seated reasons affecting their survival status,explore ways to improve the living status of straight people.The way of survival of teachers in small-scale schools in Ethnic-inhabited areas can provide reference for the construction of a team of rural teachers with sustainability,retention,good teaching,vitality and vitality,and make an effective attempt to promote the development of education in ethnic minority areas.This study investigates and studies teachers' salary and welfare,housing and transportation,health,marriage and family,work pressure,professional identity and professional development in small-scale rural schools in Lancang County,and finds that teachers' living conditions in small-scale rural schools directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups are worrying,mainly as follows: teachers' salary and education Contributions are not matched;transportation is inconvenient,there is no turnaround room,teachers' living environment is poor;married teachers are difficult to find a balance between family and work,and work-family conflict is more prominent;teachers are not able to seek medical treatment in time when they are ill,their physical condition is worrying and their mental pressure is high;teachers' social status is not high,their professional identity is not strong;teachers' professional knowledge structure is not perfect,and their scientific research ability is weak.Weak.There are also problems such as lack of recreational activities,monotonous spiritual life,poor communication with students,difficulty in carrying out normal teaching activities and neglect of education by minority families,which hinder the development of normal education and teaching.The problems mentioned above seriously affect the survival status of teachers in small-scale schools directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups community,and the reasons are closely related to the traditional culture,schools,families,communities,peer groups and teachers themselves of ethnic minorities directly passing through ethnic areas.Therefore,in order to solve their urgent needs,the author tries to put forward the following suggestions: to improve the comprehensive treatment of teachers,to adopt various incentives,to improve the working environment of teachers in smallscale rural schools,to establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism of comprehensive treatment,to ensure that the salary level of teachers in small-scale rural schools can be raised with the rising prices and economic growth;Reform the school management model,improve the system of teachers' professional titles;enrich teachers' after-school life and create a good learning atmosphere;explore diversified teacher supplementary mechanism to reduce teachers' extra workload;stimulate the internal driving force of teachers' professional development;carry out targeted training to enhance teachers' cultural sensitivity and enhance teachers' professional development ability in small-scale rural schools Strength;Guiding schools and local communities to establish a good trust relationship,enhance the social status of teachers,create conditions for the healthy development of education directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups community;Promoting family-school alliance and changing the educational concept of ethnic areas.
