Collective teaching must rely on the interaction of teachers and young children.As the most important person in group teaching,teachers' teaching behavior affects the interaction between teachers and children,and it has an important role in the improvement of teaching quality and the formation of harmonious relationship between teachers and children.At present,the quality of teacher-child interaction in group teaching is not high,and the teacher's right to control the voice hinders the improvement of the quality of teaching activities and the overall development of young children.Based on these problems,this paper starts from the perspective of theory and practice,and hopes to find a solution to the problem.Habermas' s theory of communicative action,such as communicative behavior,dialogue and negotiation,and intersubjectivity,coincides with the current concept of teacher-child interaction.Based on the theory of communicative action,this study explores the types of preschool teachers' teaching behaviors in the group teaching under the theory of communicative action theory,and reveals the characteristics of preschool teachers' teaching behaviors in group teaching based on the communicative behavior theory,analyzes the status quo and influencing factors,and then Suggestions for optimization.Mainly consists of four parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the reasons for the selection of questions,literature review,and research design.The second part first explains the key concepts,expounds the types of behaviors in the theory of communicative action,the experience places of communication: the essence of the system and the life-world,the effective principles of the realization of communicative rationality.Based on this,a framework of teaching behavior analysis based on the theory of communicative action is proposed.The third part reveals the current situation and influencing factors of preschool teachers' teaching behavior.Based on the type of social behavior,the preschool teachers' teaching behaviors in the presence including the the aim of behavioralpatterns,normative behavioral patterns,dramatic behavioral patterns,and communicative behavioral patterns.From the characteristics of teaching behavior,teachers' teaching behaviors have different degrees of lack of dialogue,lack of inter-subjectivity,lack of life and emotional loss.According to Habermas' s classification of life-world,the factors affecting the teaching behavior of kindergarten teachers are discussed from the perspectives of society,culture and personality.The fourth part is the optimization suggestion for the teaching behavior of preschool teachers.It mainly changes the concept,returns to the life world,builds positive emotions,and insists on specific suggestions in four aspects: dialogue and intersubjectivity.First,teachers must change the concept of teaching and the concept of children.Secondly,teachers' teaching should be adapted to the world of children's life.Kindergartens should create a harmonious environment for communication.Parents of children actively participate and respect and support preschool teachers.Once again,teachers must trust and care for young children,provide emotional support based on respect and love-centered emotional care.Finally,teachers should respect the child's subjectivity,create an ideal discourse situation,presuppose the verbal validity requirements,enhance their own quality,and promote equal dialogue between teachers and children.
