The negative emotions of preschool teachers in the teacher-child interaction have a negative impact on the physical and mental health of children and teachers themselves.At present,scholars at home and abroad have completed researches on the status quo,problems and impacts of teacher-child interaction,and the researches on emotion management of preschool teachers are also deepening.However,there are few researches on negative emotions of preschool teachers from the perspective of teacher-child interaction.Through in-depth kindergarten practice,this study closely observe preschool teachers in the teacher young interactive typical event of negative emotions,understand t type of preschool teachers in interaction of negative emotions,performance,change process,handling,etc.,this paper analyzes the reason of the preschool teachers appear negative emotions,and then puts forward the effective strategies,help regulate the preschool teachers and control division young interaction in the negative emotion.In this study,the observation method was used to sample and record the negative emotion of preschool teachers in teacher-child interaction.Through interviews with teachers,the emotional state of teachers at that time was deeply understood and the case was improved.The research found that the most common type of negative emotion in teacher-child interaction is anger,and there are also boredom,anger,frustration,fear,and their negative emotions will be expressed through language,actions,facial expressions.Preschool teachers’ negative emotions in teacher-child interaction will go through three different processes:diffusion,escalation and dilution.Preschool teachers will deal with their own negative emotions in teacher-child interaction by diverting their attention,suppressing their emotions,adjusting their mentality,indulging their emotions and seeking help.Through the analysis of the observation records,it is found that from the perspective of children,the reasons why preschool teachers show negative emotions in the teacher-child interaction are mainly due to the behavior of children that violates the convention,may cause harm to the safety of themselves and others,and the behavior that never changes.From the perspective of teachers’ view of children’s behavior,it is mainly due to the teachers’ stereotype of children,the tendency to magnify,the teachers take negative emotions as a means to correct children’s behavior;From the teacher’s own point of view,it is also affected by their own emotions,pedagogical experience and professional competence,nature and character.On this basis,this study preliminarily constructs the suggestions to improve the negative emotions of preschool teachers in teacher-child interaction,namely: understanding the internal causes of children’s problematic behaviors,and making reasonable attributions to children’s behaviors;Discover children’s bright spots,wake up positive emotional experience;Learning and training to improve teachers’ emotional literacy;Distract attention and avoid the "scene of the incident";Reasonable use of negative emotions,to play the positive role of negative emotions.
