In kindergarten outdoor sports activities,there are many differences in the interaction between male and female preschool teachers and children.The purpose of this study is to use the class evaluation system to observe a representative male teacher and a female teacher selected by D kindergarten in S City,so as to understand the interaction between teachers and children in two outdoor sports situations;Based on case analysis and interviews,explore the characteristics and causes of interaction.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Commonness and characteristicsDue to the particularity of the situation of outdoor sports activities,the effective interaction frequency between teachers and children is reduced,which is more difficult,the action interaction between teachers and children is increased,and the verbal interaction is reduced,which makes it difficult for male and female teachers to reach a high level of overall teacher child interaction,and it is difficult to improve the level in the field of teaching support.The "concept development" dimension of teacher child interaction between male and female preschool teachers in the two outdoor sports activities is at a low level.Due to teachers’ weak awareness of promoting children’s analytical thinking ability,emphasizing form over content and the limitation of interactive environment,teachers’ awareness of children’s cognitive concept development is not strong.The dimensions of "respect for children" and "educational and learning arrangements" of male and female preschool teachers’ teacher child interaction in outdoor equipment sports are at the middle or lower level.Teachers are slightly more sensitive to activities in this situation,but due to class management,children’s safety,teaching tasks and other factors,it is easy to impose restrictions on children’s sports and form authoritative control.Moreover,due to the lack of awareness of independent thinking about the rationality of sports forms and materials,the reasonable arrangement and organization ability of activities need to be optimized.The "teacher sensitivity" dimension of teacher child interaction between male and female preschool teachers in outdoor group games is at a medium level.Teachers pay less attention to the game activity,but they pay less attention to the problem of democratic interaction.2.Gender differences and characteristicsIn the two kinds of outdoor sports activities,the interaction level between teachers and children of male teachers in the fields of "emotional support" and "class organization" is higher than that of female teachers;The level of teacher child interaction of female teachers in the field of "teaching support" is higher than that of male teachers.The "negative atmosphere" dimension of male teachers’ teacher child interaction level in outdoor equipment sports is higher than that of female teachers.Female teachers and male teachers have different views on safety issues in sports,which leads to more negative emotions and physical control behavior of children in outdoor equipment sports.The "classroom efficiency" dimension of male teachers’ teacher child interaction level in outdoor group games is higher than that of female teachers.Due to the lack of clear understanding of the organization of activities,female teachers’ interactive language and instructions between teachers and children are not clear enough in this situation.The "feedback quality" and "language demonstration" dimensions of female teachers’ teacher child interaction level in outdoor equipment sports are higher than those of male teachers.Male teachers’ understanding of teacher child interaction is different from that of female teachers,and their awareness of children’s language thinking development is not high,resulting in a low frequency of language interaction with children in outdoor equipment sports.
