Social networking platforms, such as Sina micro-blog,WeChat,Facebook,make the communication between the public more and more convenient, make the dissemination of information more quickly and widely.More and more public and medium communicate with each other on the network social platforms. The sum of the views, expressed by a large number of the public on an event on the Internet,is called online public opinion.Online public opinion, which can be more timely and truly reflect the public opinion,is an important form of social public opinion. It should be noted that there is "information distortion",which makes the positive network public opinion, which is conducive to the promotion of government knowledge, may change at any time to have a negative impact on organizations such as government or enterprises,in the process of information dissemination. Therefore,it is necessary to study the dissemination of online public opinion.Combined with the existing network public opinion dissemination influence factors and realistic information dissemination mechanism, from two aspects of individual and environment, based on the complex network, and supernetwork model, this paper constructs carrier network: undirected carrier network of public opinion information. Then, combining the disease model, this paper quantitatively divides nodes' attributes and rules the interaction rules between nodes to build a supernetwork model of online public opinion dissemination, based on the carrier network. Then combined with the multi-agent modeling method, using NetLogo simulation platform, the rationality of the model is verified. Finally,we analyzes the overall situation of network communication, focuses on the potential but significantly influential group: secondary opinion leaders in addition to public opinion leaders, and analyzes the impact of them on the online public opinion spread. From the above, the following results are obtained in this paper:(1)Innovating the construction method of supernetwork model in the field of online public opinion dissemination. This paper constructs a public opinion dissemination model based on supernetwork, which considers individual status,opinions,self-confidence,credibility,activity and other individual-level influences besides factors of information environment. The model considers the individual differences in the process of public opinion information transmission, and makes the research closer to reality by comprehensively considering the influence of many factors on the online public opinion dissemination and the random assignments of individual multiple attributes.(2)Constructing a SEIR epidemic model that considers the similarity of opinions between individuals. In order to more truly express the individual's participation in the discussion of public opinions in the model of network public opinion dissemination based on supernetwork, this paper adds the influence of the similarities of viewpoints among the individuals into SEIR epidemic model with media, and constructs a new SEIR Infectious disease model. The SEIR model realizes the change of the individual state caused by the differences among the individuals, the self-confidence,the trustworthiness and the activeness in the public opinion dissemination model based on the supernetwork,so that the model is more scientific and complete.(3)Founding the impact of secondary opinion leaders.Because existing researches have exaggerated the influence of opinion leaders on the spread of online public opinion, this article looks for potential influencers in the public: secondary opinion leaders. And finding that, through intervention of such groups, the deterioration of online public opinion can be accelerated,So as to achieve the purpose of controlling public opinion.
