Study On Development Strategy Of Chao Yu Badminton Event System In Guangzhou Mass Badminton Event Under The Background Of “Internet Plus”

13th Five-Year period is the critical stage of sport reform in China.Aiming at constructing international sport city,Guangzhou focuses on “Internet Plus” strategy,and setting the developmental task—interconnection and developing intelligence in PE.The products with the independent property rights,high scientific and technological content and effective commercialization of research findings become the emphasis of cultivation in sport market.Based on the first-mover advantage on the reform and innovative development of Guangzhou sport,This research revealed that mass badminton event were not adapted to the trend of information and network,and it fails to satisfy the increasingly diversified and multilevel sport demands.Thus,it's necessary to give impetus to transformation and upgrading of mass badminton event in Guangzhou.Starting form the background of “Internet Plus”,this study takes the domestic leading sport event system— Chao Yu Badminton as the study object,analyzing from the following points: firstly,the evaluation element system of Chao Yu Badminton in Guangzhou mass badminton event was established by means of field study,expert interview,expert authority score and other methods;secondly,SWOT analysis and AHP analysis are carried out for the evaluation element system.The connotation of the four levels of this system,including strength,weakness,opportunity and threat,are analyzed,so as to form the total ranking weight and comprehensive strength of the system;thirdly,according to the results of AHP analysis,strategic quadrilateral of the system development was constructed in the four-quadrant coordinate,which contributes to the decision of strategic areas and choice of strategic countermeasure.The main conclusions of the study are as follow:1.The weight of evaluation elements of Chao Yu Badminton event system in Guangzhou mass badminton event are ranked as follows: O1>S1>S3>T2>O2>S4 > T3 > O3 > T1 > O4 > W1 > S2 > W4 > W3 > T4 > W2.It reflects the characteristics that the system's development advantages and opportunities interweave and influence the development.2.Comprehensive strength result of development of Chao Yu Badminton event system shows that: advantage> opportunity > threat> weakness,Chao Yu Badminton in Guangzhou mass badminton event should focus on the actual strategy area in thefirst quadrant,it should give priority to SO pioneering type strategy with ST resistance type strategy.3.SO pioneering strategy Suggestions include four aspects: seizing the opportunities of The Times,taking root in Guangzhou and seeking development;focusing on classic competitions and Providing targeted services;stimulating the endogenous driving force of "Internet Plus",and adhering to sustainable development;enhancing the added value of the system,and paying attention to brand building.4.ST resistance strategy includes three aspects: developing regional promoters,and building a referee team;expanding diversified business channels,and establishing stable cooperative relations;Sticking to the bottom line of network security,and strengthening system service guarantee.
