Analysis For The Prospect Of The Building Of Beijing Mass Badminton Coach Qualification System

With the development of economic and the improvement of people's living standard, we have even richer social sports activities. Social sports instructors are one of the supporting factors of social sports. China had implemented skill-grading system for social sports instructors in 1994, since this system just has skill-grading but no item system it can barely satisfy the multiple needs of common people. Nowadays social badminton has been launched comprehensively across Beijing, based on the investigation and analysis of the feasibility, this paper tries to provide theoretical supports for the founding of social badminton attesting system and to foster the developing of social badminton in Beijing reasonably. Meanwhile, this research can improve and enrich the system of social sports instructors.With the method of documents and statistics, the author investigates the present situation of the social sports instructor qualification attesting system in china, comprehends the basic condition of both the social badminton enthusiasts and the social badminton instructors in Beijing from aspects of gender, age and value direction, etc. and leads to the following results:Firstly, badminton is very popular among Beijing citizens, and it develops well in Beijing.Secondly, social badminton enthusiasts in Beijing have little difference in gender and age distributing. They participate badminton activities regularly, and has certain understanding of the badminton competition rules, they also hold interests in badminton contest.Thirdly, nowadays there exists great gender difference in part-time badminton instructors and badminton instructors in sports club (more male than female); generally speaking, badminton instructors in Beijing has a well age-distributing and they are highly educated. This all tally with the current. But most of the badminton instructors never participate studying or training on badminton teaching.Fourthly, three-quarter of the social badminton enthusiasts consider that it is necessary or very necessary for the social badminton instructor to have qualification certificate while most of the social badminton instructors hope that they can be estimated or attested objectively on their quality and vocational work.Finally, there still exists contradiction between the selection of instructing content of badminton enthusiasts and the instructors' knowledge structure. Recently knowledge structure of the social badminton instructors can not meet the needs of social badminton enthusiasts.
