A Comparative Analysis Of The Complete Sets Of Arrangements For Cheerleading In Guangdong And Hong Kong

Cheerleading has gone through a hundred years of history.It has developed rapidly since it entered China in the early 20 th century.The main manifestation is that the number of participants in the National Cheerleading Competition has increased year by year.Since 2014,the Ministry of Education has implemented the project of "Cheerleading into the campus",which has promoted the cheerleading project to become an indispensable part of the campus culture of our country.Guangdong has always been in the forefront of the development of Cheerleading events in the country,during which a number of excellent teams emerged,including Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education in 2008 World Cheerleading Championship won the third best result in history.Cheerleading was introduced into Hong Kong in 2004.It has developed rapidly in recent years and achieved excellent results in both domestic and international competitions.By means of documentation,video observation,expert interviews,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and logical analysis,this paper takes the choreography of gymnastic complete sets in primary and secondary schools and clubs of Guangdong and Hong Kong as the research object,and takes the national championships,national championships,Hong Kong Games,Hong Kong Open and the Bay Area which the gymnastic teams of Guangdong and Hong Kong participated in from 2017 to 2019.Taking the whole set of sports festivals as the object of investigation,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the trend and characteristics of the choreography of Cheerleading skills in Guangdong and Hong Kong,and makes an analysis and summary from the aspects of the whole set of choreography.In-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the complete arrangement under the rules of the International Cheer Union(ICU),draw conclusions and put forward corresponding suggestions.It provides theoretical reference and suggestions for the layout and innovation of the Cheerleading Skills in Guangdong and Hong Kong.Research conclusions:1.The development of skill Cheerleading in Guangdong is earlier than that in Hong Kong,but the development momentum in Hong Kong is relatively rapid,and its development mode has its own characteristics.2.There is little difference between Guangdong and Hong Kong in the difficulty of using the skill cheerleading set.Hong Kong is better than Guangdong in lifting andpyramid difficulty.Guangdong has the advantage in the quality and quantity of the difficulty of the tumbling.3.There are different ideas in choreography of skill cheerleading sets in Guangdong and Hong Kong middle schools: Guangdong pays more attention to the individual ability and the overall quality of team members in lifting difficulty and pyramid combination;Hong Kong emphasizes more on the tacit cooperation between team members and more changes in choreography to show the difficulty of complete sets;Guangdong is slightly less difficult in basket throwing difficulty but has a larger number of completors.Hong Kong has many kinds of difficulties,but the number of completing groups is less;Guangdong is better than Hong Kong in the difficulty of tumbling.4.The choreography of Cheerleading sets in Guangdong and Hong Kong clubs is similar.In lifting difficult movements,the team members are inclined to cooperate to increase the difficulty change;the two places have three layers,two people and a half pyramid arrangement ability,and the Hong Kong area is more skilled in using it;in basket throwing,Guangdong area is better at the difficulty of horizontal axis rotation,Hong Kong area is better at the difficulty of vertical axis overturn or overturn plus overturn;and in the difficulty arrangement and completion of overturn movement.Guangdong has an absolute advantage in quality.5.Hong Kong has a great advantage in the creation and shouting of Cheerleading slogans,and Hong Kong’s middle school group is better than Guangdong’s in team transformation.The team in Guangdong should draw more lessons from Hong Kong in the arrangement of slogans.More props should be added when the slogans are shouted.The club group in Guangdong takes the lead in the change of formation.
