A Study On Community Integration Projects For Hong Kong Fesidents In The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

With the deepening of reform and opening up,the exchanges between Shenzhen and Hong Kong and Macao have gradually deepened.At present,with the construction of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area,more and more Hong Kong Macao compatriots are settling inland,especially in Guangdong Province.The community integration status of this group needs social attention.During my internship,I participated in the Shenzhen Hong Kong Integration Project of L Community in Shenzhen,focusing on the community integration of Hong Kong and Macao compatriots.This project aims to promote the community integration of Hong Kong residents in Shenzhen.By using group work and community work methods,we have carried out and implemented policy consultation plans,cultural inheritance plans,psychological exchange plans,economic improvement plans,and community participation plans.We provide professional services for Hong Kong residents in the dimensions of policy integration,cultural integration,psychological integration,economic integration,and community integration.Through an objective evaluation of the implementation process and effectiveness of the project,the author found that the application of community building theory and regional development model can effectively promote the community integration of Hong Kong residents in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area.At the same time,the author also discovered the shortcomings of the project in terms of the completeness of content design,the driving force of project operation and implementation,and the scientificity of project evaluation.In order to improve the operation of the project,the author proposes project optimization suggestions in response to the above limitations: firstly,accurately define the needs of the research object and improve the project content;Secondly,expand the Hong Kong volunteer team and enrich project activities;Thirdly,increase professional support to ensure project operation;Fourthly,use online and offline forms to promote project development;Fifth,accurately evaluate the project to ensure its scientific nature.At the same time,the author also reflects on the problems that exist in her research,such as insufficient research on project data and limited research methods used,in order to strive for further breakthroughs in subsequent research.
