Research On Cultivation Of College Students’ Cultural Confidence

Cultural confidence means that a nation,a country and a political party fully affirm and actively practice their own cultural values and have firm confidence in the vitality of their culture." culture is the soul of a country and a nation," general secretary Xi Jinping said in his report to the 19 th CPC national congress.Culture and transportation,culture and national strength.Without a high degree of cultural confidence and cultural prosperity,there will be no great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Cultural confidence is related to the development of China’s cultural soft power,and is a key issue related to the prosperity and decline of the country.As the builders and inheritors of socialist society,college students are the main body of cultural self-confidence cultivation,which is of great significance and great value to the cultivation and improvement of national cultural strategy,social environment and personal cultural quality.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part firstly introduces the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,basic ideas and writing methods of this paper.In the second part,the author summarizes the cultural self-confidence of college students,including the meaning,characteristics and importance of cultural self-confidence,and analyzes and discusses the characteristics of college students and the reasons and importance of college students as the subject of cultivating cultural self-confidence.Next,this paper discusses the problems existing in college students’ cultural self-confidence and the reasons for these problems.In the process of cultivating cultural self-confidence,there are some problems such as blind worship of western culture,irrational concept of cultural consumption and insufficient awareness of cultural security.These problems in the process of cultivating cultural self-confidence of college students are influenced by historical factors,"cultural infiltration" of western countries,social and economic development and the rapid development of new media industry,which lead to the problem of cultural self-confidence of college students.In view of the problems in the process of cultivating college students’ cultural self-confidence,this paper analyzes them from the three perspectives of the country,universities and individuals and proposes corresponding solutions.From the national perspective,we should grasp the cultural development direction in the new era from a macro perspective,and strengthen the mainstream cultural construction of new media.From the perspective of colleges and universities,first of all,we should enrich the content of ideological and political theory courses,explore diversified ideological and political education methods,and pay attention to the combination of theory and practice.To actively hold suitable for college students andcan attract college students to actively participate in cultural activities;At the same time,we should pay attention to the construction of material culture and spiritual culture.In addition,we should strengthen the construction of online learning platforms on campus.Finally,from the individual perspective of college students,contemporary college students should attach importance to their theoretical knowledge and professional courses,view their own cultural development objectively,and pursue the improvement of spiritual level,enrich their cultural knowledge and improve their comprehensive quality.
