Action is habit,habit is character,character is destiny,Good habits are crucial for children's growth.Childhood is a critical period for the formation of good habits.Therefore,it is crucial to correct children's wrong behavioral habits and cultivate good behavioral awareness and habits during this period.Taking a case as an example,under the guidance of Cognition and Behavior Theory,this paper use the game therapy mode to improve the bad habits of the service objects and help children grow up healthily.This paper mainly collects the case data through observation and interview methods,and then confirms the children's habits and children's needs through the collation and analysis of the data.This study found that improving children's behavioral habits can be carried out in three stages: correcting false perceptions,cultivating positive emotions,and forming good behavior.The first stage is to correct the misperception.Social workers use games to help children intuitively understand the importance of developing good habits.Through the analysis of the difficulties encountered in the game,let the children think of their own wrong behavior habits,from the level of consciousness to correct the bad habits of children.In the second stage,positive emotions for children are strengthening.When children begin to have a correct understanding of good habits,they will subsequently show positive behavioral behavior.In this activity stage,praise and encouragement of children's good habits can strengthen their positive emotions,and increase the frequency of good habits,which will pave the way for good habits.In the third stage,guide children to learn the correct behavior and habits,in this stage,use instructional games to strengthen the practice of correct behavior of children,which will help children develop good habits gradually.Finally,through reflection,focusing on children's own characteristics and using the correct game method can achieve better service results under the guidance of cognitive theory and behaviorism theory.At the same time,it is also found that the correction of cognition,emotion and behavior in the process of service development needs to be carried out at different levels.In the process of intervention,these three aspects must be coordinated with each other and the stage focus should be highlighted.
