Play therapy refers to the game as the means for children’s psychological and behavioral problems for correction and treatment intervention strategies.In the process of play therapy can create a free environment for children through the game, let children find themselves in the game, digging their own potential, to promote the change of inner world. Current research object on play therapy is aimed at "problem child", but the existing domestic scholars on child development features, will be game "treatment" into the "education", will play therapy using positive growth in children. Yan-qing east China normal university teachers from the perspective of whole person education concept put forward 15 construct for child and adolescent growth, in the form of "positive growth course" involved in their life and study, eventually hopes to launch in accordance with the need of children a positive development and growth of preventive consolidation plan. This study is based on children’s positive growth projects, hope project for children positive growth in the form of game education to enrich and perfect.This research according to the theory of humanism and cognitive development theory as the instruction, through team work method, the game "treatment" into the "education", in the front of the children grow up. The team work in the process of practice explores the play therapy and improve the relationship between children’s social cognition ability, answered the play therapy on children’s cognitive ability to focus on increasing the effectiveness of how, and the factors that affect the results?The service object of the present study was to Ian zhou west lake culture service center at 4:30 school children aged 4 to 9, for children’s emotion, interpersonal relationship and the establishment of the goal and the action of three to design and implement the group activities, observation and evaluation, the following conclusions:1.Providing play therapy can solve the problem of child development, and achieve emotional communication scheme, help children promote social cognitive ability.2.The early stage of the game’s planning guide and share after the game, the game is three important factors affect the play therapy’s effectiveness.3.Games, The effect of consolidation need parents and teachers.
