With the rapid aging and large scale, the number of elderly people increases, the average age increases, the chance of illness increases, and more care is needed. At the same time, the degree of aging is deepening. With the miniaturization of the family structure, the responsibility for the care of the sick elderly has fallen more on the shoulders of the sick spouse.During the professional internship in the welfare home, the author learned that many elderly people, especially the elderly spouse caregivers, have complex psychological problems.By combing relevant literature and practical research, the author analyzes the related concepts, influencing factors and intervention methods of the psychological problems of the elderly spouse caregiver, and finds that the spouse disease affects the communication and action ability, lacks the care knowledge reserve, social activities are blocked, and the style of doing things.Factors such as intimacy of husband and wife have higher influence factors, and the causes of psychological problems between male caregivers and female caregivers are simpler. The choice of intervention path is mostly “from the outside to the inside”,and improve the coping ability of caregivers by improving the external support environment and support level of the caregiver.Through the observation of the elderly spouse caregiver in the hospital, the author chose a female spouse caregiver as the research object, chose the self-efficacy theory that emphasizes the important role of the endogenous power of the individual, and the knowledge and belief theory that values the logical relationship of knowledge-belief-behavior.The theory guides the case service and studies its effect on the psychological problems of care.According to the guiding theory and this discovery,we will develop an intervention service plan, and carry out a four-month intervention service from the aspects of understanding the cause of illness, increasing the knowledge reserve of care, improving communication ability, and enhancing confidence. The service process and effectiveness are carried out.Evaluation.Quantitative analysis of the results of the study found that after a period of intervention, the score of the victim's depression-anxiety-stress scale was consistentwith the normal distribution, indicating that the intervention was effective, but limited by the intervention period, the change was small, the author It is believed that if the length of intervention at each stage is extended, the change will be more obvious. An analysis of the achievement of the research objectives revealed that the victim's care reserve increased, psychological pressure eased, and self-efficacy improved, reaching the expected research goal. The study found that by enriching the knowledge and experience of caregivers, interpersonal communication can change their psychological state to a certain extent, and guide their caregivers to discover and use their own advantages to strengthen their personal beliefs and behaviors and improve their self-efficacy.It can enhance its ability to cope with psychological problems in care, relieve stress, depression and anxiety caused by care.
