In recent years,affected by the ageing trend of the population,the scale of the elderly group of widowed individuals has gradually expanded,and the problems that followed have also gradually increased.The death of a spouse brings a heavy psychological blow to the elderly who have lost their partners,and it easily leads to a psychological dilemma and even to a suicide tragedy.Widowed old people belong to a special vulnerable group and their resources are relatively lacking.It is of crucial importance how to adjust their psychological state after widowhood and help them restore normal psychological functions.Therefore,the psychological adjustment of old people involved in widowed is necessary.The service target of this study was a widowed old man who volunteered for help.After experiencing a widowed event,his daily life,emotional psychology,and social interaction were all affected,resulting in an uncoordinated and inadaptable situation in life.Researchers collect the basic information of helpers through three aspects:physiology,economy,and family,and analyze their psychological problems from the psychological level,and analyze the causes of their psychological discomfort.The purpose of this study is to establish a case study program for widowed older persons to help the widowed old man out of the psychological dilemma of widowhood.The specific intervention process is divided into three phases.The first phase is the crisis assessment phase.Through the methods of data collection,scale measurement,interviews,etc.,the crisis that the service object most urgently solves is identified.The second phase is the crisis intervention phase.On the one hand,the researcher The use of narrative therapy to conduct in-depth interviews with clients to guide the externalization of the service object and alleviate negative negativity.On the other hand,it helps the client to link the resources of the family environment and the community environment to provide support and assistance to the client;Phase III To consolidate the period,we will focus on consolidating the results of the first two phases of service,guiding service providers to recognize their own strengths and potential,and establish a positive self-image.The assessment of the results of the individual cases shows that the use of the crisis intervention model to intervene in the crisis of elderly widows can effectively help the clients to solve the problems,and can effectively and timely adjust the psychological imbalances and emotional distress of the widowed old people in the short term,and at the same time tap the advantages of the clients.The resources and potentials allow the clients to enhance their ability to solve problems and enhance the confidence of the clients' lives by integrating the environmental resources of the clients.Based on the analysis of actual cases,it can be concluded that the crisis intervention model plays an important role in the psychological adjustment of widowed elderly.At the end of this study,we reflect on the social work involved in the use of widowed old people and the ethical dilemmas in the process of practice,hoping to provide reference for social work to participate in widowed old people.
