The Application Of Satir-Therapy Model In The Alienation Father-Son Relationship Of The Elderly

China's aging trend is becoming increasingly obvious,the proportion of the elderly population continues to climb,aging in China's development process has gradually become more severe.With the extension of the average life expectancy of human beings,the time for parents to get along with adult children has become longer,and the importance of parent-child relationship has become increasingly prominent.Especially the prevalence of traditional family culture and filial piety culture in China makes the relationship between parents and children especially important for elderly parents.In recent years,countries and regions have also extended the research scope of parent-child relationship to the elderly group.How to improve the relationship between the elderly and adult children has become a new and vigorous research field.Satir's family therapy model is widely used in foreign countries and social work practice,and plays an important role in parent-child relationship,marital relationship,problem behavior correction and other fields.Based on the internship content of the author in the MF nursing home,this paper takes the problem of the alienated father-son relationship among the elderly in the old-age care institution as the entry point,and the physical and mental health and quality of life caused by the alienation relationship caused by the bad family relationship to the elderly.The impact of the problem,using the Satir's family therapy theory as a guide,using the iceberg model and other professional techniques to mine and analyze the real needs of the client,in the case study process to explore a suitable for the elderly in the old age and adult children alienated The intervention method of the type relationship responds to the real emotional needs of the elderly,thereby achieving the effect of improving the father-son relationship.The study found that the Satir's family treatment model is effective for the adjustment of the alienated father-son relationship in the elderly.It enables the family members of the case to recognize the bad communication patterns that exist in the family and try to make positive changes and practice new families.Communication mode,the relationship between father and son has been improved,and the sense of intimacy has improved.
