The Application Research On Social Work For The United Family Therapy Model In Modern China

This paper starting from the practice field to theory, discussing the applicability of Satir Family Therapy in China, against that background of current family structure changing and Chinese culture. And refine the model application of Union Family Therapy using the case study. My research used the case study and action method, the literature research, to analysis of this family therapy method’s applicability in our country and cultural. Especially using the analysis of domestic family structure, culture,and rules to discuss the suitability of Family Therapy intervention Analysis the troubles of localization and impedance in social work field, and put forward to the proposal of social work practice. And draws the conclusion, Satir Family Therapy is appropriate for our cultural and the condition of our family, offer a new angle of view for social work case, and also put forward new requirements for talents construction in social work field. We can predict that more and more people will be put into the field of family treatment for the service and study. We will find a suitable way to develop family therapy and create a new mode for our local need.
