Research On The Improvement Of Self-efficacy Of Elderly Patients With Mild Disability In Horticultural Therapy Interventional Institutions

Based on the background of China's aging society,the family structure is constantly adjusted,and the old population problem is diversified.The proportion of the old population is increasing,and the proportion of disabled elderly people is gradually increasing.The resulting disability pension has become a hot spot of social concern.The decline of bodily functions is the most basic problem faced by the disabled elderly.The treatment and intervention of the disabled elderly should not only meet the needs of their physical medical care,but also the psychological needs arising from the decline of physical function.Horticultural therapy is a new service method that has emerged in the elderly care service in recent years,and can fully utilize its unique plant planting effect to meet the needs of the elderly.This study used horticultural therapy to provide services to young people with mild disability,and compared their horticultural therapy with routine social work services to explore whether horticultural therapy can benefit the self-efficacy of the elderly with mild disability,and The main impact indicator of positive performance.According to the "ADL Disability Elderly Assessment Scale" "General Effectiveness Scale(GSES)" and "Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS)" to select the service sample size,a total of 23 valid sample data,experiment group of 11 elderly and control group 12 elderly.Through the quasi-experimental research method,using the role-playing,picture-writing story and self-experience service strategies in horticultural therapy to promote behavioral attempts,behavioral exercises,and behavioral enhancement at the client's behavioral level,further promoting cognitive participation and life cognition at the cognitive level.The experimental study used the method of quantitative evaluation to collect data by means of the horticultural therapy activity evaluation scale and the General Effectiveness Scale(GSES),and to compare the pre-and post-test groups and the independent sample t-test to explore the actual intervention effect in the experimental research.Conclusions can be obtained.First,horticultural therapy can improve the self-efficacy of the elderly with mild disability compared with the conventional services.Second,horticultural therapy can effectively improve the behavioral ability and cognitive ability of the elderly with mild disability.Therefore,the use of horticultural therapy interventions is effective for the problem of self-efficacy in the elderly with mild disability.
