This study used the cerebral treatment activities to intervene in the loneliness of the elderly in the day care center in Shanghai to explore the loneliness of horticultural treatment activities for the elderly in cognitive care.Intervention effect.Using the MMSE Simple Cognitive Status Scale Screening,7 elderly people with mild to moderate cognitive impairment were enrolled in the horticultural treatment activities.At the same time,the loneliness scale UCLA was used as the basis for objective quantification of loneliness,and the subjects were observed and recorded during the development of horticultural treatment activities.Through the quantitative data and the presentation of qualitative data,the effectiveness of horticultural treatment intervention on the study subjects was discussed.The results showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the loneliness test,that is,P<0.05,the loneliness of the elderly was significantly reduced,and the horticultural treatment activities were effective for reducing the loneliness of the elderly with mild to moderate cognitive symptoms;The activity process records found that the experimental group had a longer time to integrate horticultural treatment activities;through research and observation,the physical and mental activities of the subjects were improved,that is,the horticultural treatment activities were effective for the intervention of the elderly with mild to moderate cognitive symptoms.of.
