With the deepening of physical education curriculum reform,under the guidance of the idea of "goal-oriented content",how to implement the three-level curriculum management policies of the state,local and school has become one of the research focuses and hot spots of scholars.Our country has a vast territory and many nationalities.The resources of traditional national sports curriculum have obvious regional,regional and national characteristics.Therefore,based on the reality of our country's schools,it has important theoretical significance and practical value to develop and apply the curriculum resources of traditional ethnic sports in our country,and has become an important subject of the reform of basic education physical education curriculum.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper uses the methods of documentation,questionnaire,expert interview,teaching experiment and data statistics to develop and apply the curriculum resources of Buyi traditional sports in Guanling County,Guizhou Province.The main experimental indicators are students' self-learning ability,interest in sports learning and physical health level.Qualitative research was carried out with typical cases in the experiment.1.conclusion(1)From the literature review,it is found that the research fields of the development and application of traditional ethnic sports curriculum resources are mostly theoretical,current situation investigation and strategy research,and the related teaching experiment research is less,which restricts the promotion of the national three-level curriculum management policy.(2)In the development and application teaching experiment of traditional ethnic sports,teachers are critical to the teaching design of curriculum content,curriculum arrangement and the way and method of organization and development,which directly affects the effect and quality of development and application.(3)After the teaching experiment of developing the traditional sports counterbalance,throwing pots and sandals of Buyi nationality in Guanling County,the students in the experimental class are better than those in the control class in the aspects of sports self-learning,interest in sports learning and physical health indicators,and there are significant differences between them(P values are 0.012,0.001 and 0.019,respectively),which indicates that Buyi nationality in Guanling County is less than 0.05.Traditional sports are very good sports curriculum resources,which need to be developed and applied urgently.(4)Through comparative analysis of teaching experiments,it is found that different contents of physical education have different degrees of influence on junior middle school students' attitudes and active participation in physical education.Conventional physical education teaching content for junior high school students has long been used to,it is difficult to meet the development needs of junior high school students' curiosity and constant exploration,while traditional sports teaching of Buyi nationality can meet the needs of junior high school students' curiosity,exploration and promotion of their physical and mental health development,so as to stimulate junior high school students' enthusiasm and enthusiasm to participate in physical education classes.(5)Through the research,we find that the main problems in developing and utilizing the traditional ethnic sports curriculum resources are as follows: first,teachers are not aware enough of the development and utilization of the ethnic folk sports curriculum resources,afraid of trouble and the safety of teaching application;second,many ethnic folk sports curriculum resources have no ready-made teaching materials and many ethnic sports in the development and utilization.The serious loss of culture leads to the difficulty of development and application.Thirdly,the current society has not carried out enough activities related to traditional national sports culture,and the popularization is insufficient,resulting in limited impact.(6)At the end of the experiment,after-class sensation materials were collected and analyzed.It was concluded that the sense of happiness,achievement and progress gained from participating in traditional sports learning and training of Buyinationality were the main motivation for junior middle school students to participate in and adhere to sports activities.The cases in this study were typical,referential and promotional,which showed that case studies had unique value and function.2.recommendations(1)Front-line PE teachers should set up the idea of "goal-oriented content".They should fully understand the importance and necessity of developing sports curriculum resources into the classroom.They should increase the development and application of traditional minority sports curriculum resources and new sports curriculum resources.At the same time,they should strengthen the study of relevant research knowledge and improve the level of research.This helps to improve teachers' professional skills and expand students' horizons,and plays an important role in the reform of basic education and the inheritance of traditional national culture.(2)The development of curriculum resources of traditional minority sports should be based on reality,that is,on the local natural resources and national traditional sports culture,on the actual situation of schools and students,on the knowledge and professional level of physical education teachers,and on the development of schools and social needs.(3)In the course of developing curriculum resources of traditional minority sports,we need to follow the principles of education,discipline,science,interest,stage,entirety and innovation.Only by following these development principles can we better develop and apply the resources of traditional ethnic sports curriculum.(4)To develop and apply the curriculum resources of traditional minority sports,we should not only make an article on "development",but also work hard on "application",establish the idea that development is the foundation and application promotes development.On the basis of development,we should actively explore and study the ways and methods of teaching resources of traditional ethnic sports courses,and gradually form teaching materials with promotional value.(5)While exploiting and applying the curriculum resources of traditional ethnic sports,we should also strengthen the research of participatory evaluation and expansive research on traditional ethnic sports,such as the study of extracurricularactivities,extracurricular activities and competitions,and the study of original ecotourism.
