With the promulation of the "Compulsory Education Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health(2022 edition)",the physical education and health curriculum in schools around the country has been constantly reformed,and the development of physical education curriculum resources plays an important role in the physical education and health curriculum.At present,with the vigorous implementation of quality-oriented education and the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform,an important part of the smooth implementation of the curriculum is to equip rich curriculum resources,effectively develop all kinds of curriculum resources,give full play to the educational attributes of curriculum resources,so that local characteristics are well reflected.Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture has a long history and culture,but the overall economic and cultural level is relatively backward,and the development of school education,especially physical education curriculum resources,is also relatively backward.In order to alleviate the shortage of local physical education curriculum resources,developing ethnic traditional physical education curriculum resources is of positive significance to promote the development of local physical education curriculum.This paper adopts the method of literature data,questionnaire survey,field survey,Delphi method,mathematical statistics method,The logic method and other research methods,taking Xiangxi Z Middle School as an example,and on the basis of learning from previous research,this paper defines the relevant concepts of ethnic traditional sports,curriculum resources,physical education curriculum resources,and ethnic traditional sports resources,and analyzes the ethnic groups in western Hunan.The development and utilization of traditional physical education curriculum resources are studied and the current situation of ethnic traditional physical education curriculum resources is investigated and analyzed.Research indicates:1.The traditional sports of ethnic minorities in my country are diverse in form and rich in content.They integrate the characteristics of ethnicity,fitness and fun.They have obvious ethnic characteristics and cultural imprints.They are the crystallization of the wisdom of the ancestors and an important part of traditional Chinese culture.component.By integrating ethnic minority traditional sports programs and finding a coupling mechanism with school physical education curriculum resources,it can not only enrich the structure of physical education curriculum resources in ethnic minority areas,but also promote the spiritual and cultural construction of ethnic minorities.2.The problems existing in the development and utilization of ethnic sports curriculum resources in Xiangxi Z Middle School are:(1)The school leaders do not pay much attention to its development,and the equipment and facilities for ethnic projects are not very complete;(2)The traditional ethnic sports The channels for acquiring knowledge are not comprehensive and systematic;(3)Xiangxi Z Middle School has insufficient continuing education for on-the-job physical education teachers,and there is no complete and systematic professional training for the development of curriculum resources and ethnic traditional sports resources,especially for development and utilization There is no complete idea for the resources of ethnic traditional physical education courses.Many physical education teachers feel powerless and cannot find a suitable method to carry out.3.In the development of ethnic traditional culture and ethnic traditional sports in middle schools in western Hunan,there are documents and higher leaders require the school to carry out for a period of time,without documents to stop,did not form their own thoughts and unified planning;School leaders and teachers pay insufficient attention to it;Weak development and promotion efforts;The lack of organizing and compiling complete school-based teaching materials leads to the ambiguity of the overall resource development direction of ethnic PE curriculum in Xiangxi Middle schools.The following countermeasures are proposed according to the above situation:1.In the development of ethnic traditional physical education course resources,we should adhere to the principle of goal-oriented principles,safety principles,economic principles and local principles.2.The development of ethnic traditional physical education curriculum resources is:from the reality,conform to the student age characteristics and cognitive law;closely follow the curriculum plan and curriculum standards,adhere to the educational attributes of curriculum resources;orderly development,play the leading role of school curriculum leadership;systematically plan the development of curriculum resources,improve the utilization rate of curriculum resources.3.Ways to develop the curriculum resources of traditional ethnic sports:(1)human resources development of traditional ethnic sports: teachers,students and other human resources development;(2)Increase the capital investment of ethnic traditional sports courses;(3)the development of ethnic traditional physical education curriculum content resources;(4)enhance physical education teachers’ curriculum development innovation ability;(5)Strengthen the publicity and promotion of traditional ethnic sports;(6)the development of ethnic traditional sports curriculum facilities and resources: to promote the play of various functions of sports equipment;Make your own simple sports equipment;Arrange school equipment in an orderly manner.
